ABSTRACT

Today period is modern Information Communication Technology that is providing globalization

redevelopment in education division so many conturies are struggle to developed their

Information Communication Technology material. Today period of learners are interested to

develop their learning practices by using Information Communication Technology. Learners

want to clear his concept through Information Communication Technology instruments.

Recently Information Communication Technology has importance in the globalizations of

communication many educational institutions all purpose and learning department in mainly

have joint Information Communication Technology education in their curriculum. Today period

has demanded Information Communication Technology instrument for process of gaining and

delivering institutions.

The objective of this research was to get a clear framed concept about the Information

Communication Technology for learning by Students at Karakorum international University. The

context of the study conduct in Karakorum international University Gilgit.

This research was basically a case study in including many departments is a Karakorum

international University. Another issue of selecting a case study method was that the sensitivity

of ict has recently provided the attraction of Students at Karakorum international University.

This research has taken three hundred participants of different department of Students at

Karakorum international University. The data was collected via case study and quantitative

method. The researcher charity thematic data analysis in the discover patterns for the following

five research questions.

How do policy maker think ICT will enhance learning of the KIU students?

What Is Availability of data on internet enhances the content knowledge of KIU students?

Outcomes designate that Karakorum international University students identify very positively

about the importance of Information Communication Technology for Learning by Students at

Karakorum international University.

Almost all the learners have strong thoughtful about Information Communication Technology for

Learning by Students at Karakorum international University. There is no, such as direct support

of administration towards Information Communication Technology for Learning by Students at

Karakorum international University. Rather, students are using ICT in their learning. Questioning

is the most usually used approach of all the students. All the students gave formal and informal

feedback to their opinion about the usage of Information Communication Technology at KIU.

The leaners do Information Communication Technology learning for various purposes. Due to

the lack of organizational support towards the Information Communication Technology resources

students are facing some challenges and The distributing with miscellaneous students level and

time management is another big experiment for Students at Karakorum international University.

INTRODUCATION

The researcher would like to describe in the area of familiarity and use of information

communication technology for learning by students at Karakorum international university. In

this research topics the researcher interested to explore, modify, describe and explanation used of

ict for learning development at Karakorum international university. ICT instrument has used for

students learning development at Karakorum international university. The researcher specially

interested to describe Which Information Communication Technology for learning instrument

students has taken more benefit to attain their learning?

This study will provided significant key points benefit of ICT in Karakorum international

university students for learning. Education as system has also been effected by advances in

technology. This research topic through that comes to mind is that it is a positive thing and there

are many ways of using of Information Communication Technology for learning developing in

university level of students.

the instrument of university as a result of it the competency in computer skill and its basic

knowledge is essential. This research topic through that comes to mind is that it is a positive

thing and there are many ways of using of Information Communication Technology for learning

developing in university level of students.

international University learners, to increase their learning. Karakorum international University

students should be bright to enhanced usage of prior knowledge for their learning.

There are many ways to provide learning environment during the period of time.

Information Communication Technology has pragmatics changing, developing and enhancing

learning area in education. If students are better use of Information Communication Technology

for developing their learning, according to modern researcher students could not need to go

teacher for learning.

In Karakorum international university many lap are available to provide essay ways for

Information Communication Technology instrument. There are many ways to use of Information

Communication Technology instrument for the purpose of learning and developing knowledge.

Information Communication Technology instrument creates learning environment during

usage of Information Communication Technology. If students aware to use of Information

Communication Technology for their learning so they can sassily remember, understand and

apply knowledge for their really life. The computers have turned a significant factor in the

economic deprivation or advancement of large segments of society. In current era of technology

it is essential for every individual to learn use of ICT in order to survive.

Computers are perceived as a door for becoming part of global information society as

well as required skill for future workforce. Since computing continues to have a significant

impact on the world, an understanding of computer technology and its uses is important for all

members of our society to be effective consumers and producers in the 21st century and beyond.

Education as system has also been effected by advances in technology. Computers are now

extensively used in teaching-learning process. This has developed a new relationship between

teachers and students for sharing knowledge and experience which is free from limits of time and

space. In this situation importance of teaching computer sciences at Elementary level cannot be

ignored. The schools have greater opportunity to develop computer proficiency among students

so that they can meet upcoming challenges of technology world.

Computer education at elementary school level will not only create such broad public

understanding but also will help to address the worldwide shortage of computer specialists. The

creation of a viable computer science curriculum and its implementation at the Elementary level

is a necessary first step toward reaching these goals. So, the purpose of this study intends to

analyze the elementary school computer science curriculum in the light of perceptions of stake

holders and to suggest steps that will be needed for its purposeful implementation.

The learners are interested to improve the teaching and learning processes by using ICT.

Students want to clear his concept through ICT terms. The importance of computers in the world

of communication many educational institutions in general and universities in purely have

combined computer education in their curriculum generally known as Information and

Communication Technology (Tondeur, Braak and Valcke 2007).

According to Daniels (2002) information communication technology, have becomes

within a very short time one of the basic building laps of modern society. In the small age of time

information communication technology has spread as well as light of the sun. Today is mostly

used all the institutions of the country.

Today period of modern globalization and redeployments in education has becomes

progressive for knowledge gaining and receiving process. Recently has spread mostly all the

countries of the world. It is necessary key element of the development in the nation. Today many

educations sector are attempting to improve their quality of education through ICT instrument.

Use of computer technology plays an important role in the process of teaching and

learning. In this study forum can be used in different ways. It can be used to assign a practical

task to students in such a way that students solve the assigned problem in a collective manner.

This fits well with sensitive learning style. This research can also be used to give a sequential

series of ict instrument that can interact with the learner.

The sequence of Information communication technology instrument associated with the

corresponding discussion is an adequate teaching material for sequential style students. Kofi

Anan the former United Nations Secretary General points out that in order to achieve the goal of

Universal Primary Education by the year 2015 they must confirm that information and

communication technologies unlock the door of education systems.

This is point to the growing demand and increasingly more important place that could

receive in education. Since ICT provide greater opportunity for students to adjust learning and

understanding to individual requirements. Society is forcing schools to give suitable response to

this technical advance and use of ICT for learning. This chapter is about the background of the

study its purpose and justification for researching familiarly Use of Information Communication

Technology for Learning Students at Karakorum international University. The researcher has also

debated the significance of this study.

Background of the study

According to educationist today period is no doubt an era of computer. It is means that

the currents era is an era of Information Communication Technology. The research has developed

from Researcher interest in studying case study of university level students. Researcher purpose

to study this area is influenced by researcher experiences which is researcher during gained

working with a Karakoram International University GILGIT. The Gilgit University is introduced

since 2003 as a name of Karakorum international university of Gilgit. In the initial stage

Karakorum international university has faced many problems of Information Communication

Technology for Learning resources such as computer and his laps and supervision of lap in the

university.

At this time Karakorum international university needed instruments and component of

ICT for enhancing students learning. Higher education is offered in the universities and colleges.

Colleges generally offer undergraduate programs however some of them also offer postgraduate

programs as well. A significant number of colleges in the Gilgit are situated in distant regions. In

such backgrounds modern technology mainly internet facility is lacking. Given the fact it is

important to know how teacher in the remote areas use Information Communication Technology

for Learning in their Karakorum international university for the purposes development of

learning. In the framework of Higher Education the use of Information Communication

Technology has become an obvious need. Teachers and students use the technology in their

learning.

The field of education has been affected by ICT which have undoubtedly affected

teaching, learning and research (Yusuf, 2005). It is therefore of a foremost importance to map

how our teachers at the Higher Education level recognize the usage of various Information

Communication Technology for Learning tools in their classrooms and away for Karakorum

international university purposes.

Based on the realistic evidences findings of the study highlight some pertinent

suggestions and recommendations for ICT management staff in the context of use of ICT in

education as well as for various aspects of teacher development.

In this time researcher have closely observed influencing, increasing, developing and

h preparation examination they use to internet actually internet is an essential part of modern

ICT.

Students used to ICT for making their presentations and lectures. In Karakoram

International University ICT used to both side teaching and learning by simple way of

transforming and receiving knowledge. Karakorum international university has provided many

facilities of modern ICT for students enhancing learning through ICT instructions.

In Karakorum international university there are five modern ICT lap with moderns

instrument of ICT connected internet system. There are many techniques which are applicable in

different degree to language learning situation. Some are useful for testing and distance

education. Never let the machine take over the role of the teacher plays or limit function where

more traditional ways are superior.

Harris (2002) concludes that the benefits of ICT will be gained when confident

teachers are willing to explore new opportunities for changing their classroom practices by using

ICT

The effective integration of ICT into the Karakorum international university

educational system is a complex process that involves not just technology indeed given enough

initial capital getting the technology is the easiest part but also curriculum and pedagogy

institutional readiness teacher skills and long standing financing among others.

Harris (2002) concludes that the benefits of ICT will be gained when confident

teachers are willing to explore new opportunities for changing their classroom practices by using

ICT. When used correctly ICT especially computers and Internet technologies enable new ways

of teaching and learning rather than simply allowed teachers and students to do. These new ways

of teaching and learning are supported by constructivist theories of learning and constitute a shift

from teacher involved pedagogy.

Statement of the problem

There are many role of ICT to enhance the learning of students in the Karakorum

international university students. There are many differences between ICT and non ICT armed

tools. Teachers are enabling the usage of ICT in the classes. This research is based on the

knowledge to respond this statement to find out an answer. The purpose of this study was to

explore the familiarity and use of information communication technology for learning by

students at Karakorum international university It is a modern important of problem role of the

ICT instrument. Through ICT students learn it is important topic for the development of learning

students learning. Karakorum international university has provided material of case study in

education for their students. ICT is a modern instrument of developing students concept through

different resources of technology.

Significance of the study

In this research will explored the beneficent of ICT, importance of ICT, ICT resources is

creating learning environment in the classroom, ICT instrument helps student to learn knowledge

by used of ICT material, ICT element created self-motivation during the learning. ICT

instrument developed Karakorum international university students to communicate through

learning by each other such as chatting, e mailing, status on social media and collection data

through internet. All these things and many others can be thought of as information, and they can

all be stored and processed by computers.

There is only one type of university exist in GB. There can be categorizing into fourteen

department of the Karakorum international university. Each department has a HOD who is

responsible handle for departmental key challenges, issues and problems. HOD is responsible to

provide all the learning material for students. Gilgit Baltistan is a small state in Pakistan.

Recently the government of Pakistan took the long waited decision in 2009 by giving some

controlled autonomy to this area as a semi province. The newly established province Gilgit-

Baltistan lies in the Northern Areas of Pakistan with the border belts of India, China and

Afghanistan.

According to Agah Khan Board the population of Gilgit-Baltistan was currently estimated at

968000 scattered over an area of 72496 square kilometers. The existence of a difficult is terrain

comprises snow-clad high mountains and streams coupled with harsh weather and an

undeveloped communications infrastructure, complicates accessibility to most communities.

This is an important section of review of literature relative about the topic. In this

research literature is consisting of seven parts. According to researcher ICT tools are developing

student their learning. In the first part history and introduction of ICT is discussed. In the second

section describe the ICT tools are enhancing students for their learning.

Recently the authors have been writing many articles about the ICT. The researcher has

introduced different term, definition and introduction about the Information communication

technology.

The third section is reflecting the benefits of ICT in learning. Judgmentally analysis

about the ICT resources is developing knowledge due to different electronic materials. In forth

section the discussed the students as ICT instruction for one there in their learning. The second

last sections explores the conceptual framework model for this study which will completed for

making research instruments and analysis the data. Finally the limitations of literature review are

discussed in the last section.

But according to my point of view ICT has multiple uses. It use for training purposes

program development and language course. According policy ICT shell bemuses to strengthen

the quality education and educational management. Computer and other digital devices are

connected with school management. Policy describes that the ICT shell be utilized creatively to

assist teachers and students with wide range of abilities.

This policy narrows the utilization of technology only in the field of education it also

utilizes in social work management business and medical purposes. Use of information

communication technology in education shell is promoted in live program of ministry of

education, s national policy. This policy introduces the strategy of information communication

technology for education in Pakistan. The education minister should introduce a text book about

for students.

Early education to higher studies because in this modern era men has consider not

capable without familiar with the technical technology .This policy further describe the use of

ICT in faculty training .Information technology help to give a pedagogical to provide teachers.

It enhances the development of abilities and higher education. This policy reveals modern

information technology is key to enhancing the ability. ICT is the source due to these men has

to get higher studies and it also help students in research .It help researcher to select the relevant

According to Franzoni and Assar (2009) debate that an information communication

technology can be used in different ways to instrument different teaching strategies which can be

coordinated with different learning styles. For example a discussion forum can be used in

different ways. It should be used, to assign an applied task to students in such a way that students

solve the assigned problem in a collective manner.

Due to usage of information communication technology and students computer can

sassily access the case studies and simulation movements about factories and industries for

consultation and practices? The technology offers the students latest data which will show

economic changes and other facts and figures about business industry. Such experience gives the

students learning opportunities through real life experiences (Oliver and Herrington, 2003).

As we known that ICT is a modern invention. The term ICT is consisting of three

different word that are describe various information to each other. The research would like to

explore ICT stands for Information, Communication and Technology, which began in the 1980s.

were put together in order to emphasize the merging of both technologies. This phrase is also

used to describe a range of technologies in order to gather, store, retrieve, process, analyze and

transmit information. (Internet Advisory Board, 2008).

According to OSS and his members the definition of ICT came to be as follows: the use

of information in order to meet human need or purpose including reference to the use of

contemporary devices such as the Internet. However, in an ever-changing world of Videophones,

mobile computing, blogs, Skype and OSS perhaps we should no longer just include the Internet,

but leave the definition at 'contemporary devices...?'(Freedman, 1999).

are learner driven and not by teachers. This in turn would better prepare the learners for lifelong

face learners with special needs (Moore &Kersey, 1996). Students are starting to appreciate the

Technology can, increasing the quality of education in many ways, by increasing learner

inspiration and arrangement, by smoothing the achievement of basic skills, and by attractive

teacher training. Information Communication Technology are also transformational tools which,

when used appropriately, can promote the shift to a learner centered environment. Information

Communication Technology especially computers and Internet technologies, enable new ways of

teaching and learning rather than simply allow teachers and students to do what they have done

impact not only on what students should learn, but it also plays a major role on how the students

India has a billion-plus population and a high proportion of the young and hence it

has a large formal education system. The demand for education in developing countries like

India has skyrocketed as education is still regarded as an important bridge of social, economic

and political mobility (Amutabi and Oketch, 2003).

complex thinking skills (Kozma, 2005; Kulik, 2003; Webb & Cox, 2004).

The information society is based on the belief that knowledge is the driving force for

technology development and thus also for economic growth; the knowledge work and knowledge

workers form a relatively large proportion of the employment. For the knowledge economy it is

not only a question of whether people can access information but also how well they can process

this information (Hargreaves, 2003).

Education becomes essential to answer the needs of technology and society, and it

presumes, e.g. the democratization of higher education (Waters, 1998). Education is regarded as

to which most describe data about the Information Communication Technology was not

collected.

MERHODOLOGY

The aim of this study is to describe the outcomes of familiarity and use of information

communication technology for learning by students at Karakorum international university.

The researcher would like to describe this chapter apprehension with the research methodology

that was used to describe the familiarity and use of information communication technology for

learning by students at Karakorum international university. This chapter consists of many

sections research design, population, sampling, data collections tools, instruments, data analysis

procedure and ethical considerations.

Being a researcher I have kept my hope while conducting research researcher would be able to

gain a deeper insight by quantitative method and analyzing on Karakoram international

university students. The researcher considered better use of Information Communication

Technology material students for their learning. This study was foundationally a single case

study in which the unit is an individual university. Another reason of choosing a quantitative

method was that the perception of ICT has currently gained the attention of Karakorum

international university. The researcher typically quantitative the characteristics of an individual

unite. The purpose of such as quantitative was to probe deeply and analyze intensively the

multifarious phenomena that constitute the life cycle of the unit with a view to establishing

generalization about the wider population to which that unit belongs. (Farat. 2016)

Research Design

Quantitative method was used to investigate the Karakorum international

university Students towards the importance of ICT resources in their learning. The quantitative

method approach presented is a pragmatic inquiry that investigates a contemporary problem

within its real life context. The quantitative research made the research process a mutually

beneficial undertaking. In the research process the researchers gained new perceptions about the

topic whereas the research participants got opportunity to read data reflecting their thought

processes and actions(sultana et 2012). Quantitative method approach used in this research was

based on reviews literature and aim to collecting details about ICT practices in order to answer

the following questions.

To answer the research questions paper was conducted Karakorum international

university students in different department. Semi structure paper with Karakorum international

university students was conducted in order to answer the first research question. The participant

with Karakorum international university students was conducting answering the second research

question. The third and fourth questions were answered with the assist of data gathered through

quantitative with Karakorum international university students and the observations conducted at

KIU computer lap.

Population and Sampling

The context of this study was the Karakoram international university Gilgit.

Current statistics show are almost more than 15 departments in the Karakorum international

university which are working in order V.C of the Karakorum international university. According

to crewel (2012) a population is a group of people who have the same characteristics. In this way

the overall population selected was all the Karakorum international university department

students cannot possible. So while the targeted population includes only six students of each

department of Karakorum international university.

For an ideal data collection all the Karakoram international university department

can be studied but due to lack of time and resources it was not possible to study the large of

Karakorum international university students. Form the targeted population the researcher had

conveniently selected few students for an in depth case study. It was possible to include all the

students response in research sample. While selecting participants from Karakorum international

university the purposeful sampling was used that includes maximum variation sampling. In order

to maintain the gender equality such as male and female students were selected. The face to face

semi structured quantitative method was individually with each participant and non-participant

observation was conducted.

Following criteria has been students while selecting the participants from Karakorum

international university by maximum variation sampling technique.

a) The students belonged to learning of different subjects in department.


b) All students have diverse learning experiences.
c) The students should able to use of ICT for learning.

Data Collection

The current quantitative method utilized the semi structure quantitative and non-participant

observations for data collection. This case study describes the major problem, hindrance,

importance and recommendation ICT for learning by students at Karakorum international

university, According to scholz & Ola (2002) Each case study should use multiple sources of

information. The data was collected within the short time period from 20 October to 31

November. In this period I have faced many problems to collection my research data. Such as

there are created many problems for collection data. More details about the data collection tools

are discussed in forth coming sub sections.

Quantitative Questioners

Quantitative tool can be divided into five categories on the basis of solved Question: semi

structured, structured, specific question about related the topic, overall quantitative and

unstructured. First I was selected semi structure quantitative as the mean of data collection of

initial three questions. Karakorum international university students are well suited for the

exploration of the view and ideals of respondents regarding complex and sometime hindrance

problems and enable probing for more knowledge and clarification of answers. Semi structure

quantitative method is the varied professional educational and personal histories of the sample

group precluded the use of a standardized interview schedule (Barriball & While, 1994).

Semi structure quantitative enclosed question that is directly helpful to the research questions.

The purpose of quantitative was described to the participants before started solved paper. The

researcher managing the time for quantitative and he took field notes for every paper. The

quantitative is recorded with proper channel through permission. It took appropriately 10 to 20

minutes to solve with each paper by Karakorum international university students. In this

quantitative method provided depth collection of data.

These quantitative method questions included equal participated each departments of Karakorum

international university students. During these quantitative method researcher has occurred many

hindrance to deal with his ability at Karakorum international university and the researcher did his

best techniques to provide a relaxed environment with Karakorum international university

students. The researcher created friendly environment during interview and students felt too easy

while expression their opinion.

Quantitative method was also used as a data collection instruments. It is also helped to researcher

understanding situation of the condition of environment in Karakorum international university.

Quantitative method helped collection of data with deeper understanding of the expiation,

actions, feelings, describe and expressions of the research participants. The researcher

participants are observed in of department of Karakorum international university. According to

Darlington (2002), Quantitative is a very influential way of result out what people do in an

exacting context, the routines and interaction pattern of their everyday life (p.74). Furthermore

expiation Mark & janina (2007) Quantitative is a powerful technique for result out what people

does. You can studies that the real behavior in the real world (p.117).

Furthermore of better answering the research question, non-participant quantitative method are

conducted at Karakorum international university students. Total twelve quantitative method

sessions were arranged in Karakorum international university due to lack of time. One

department quantitative method with each solved paper student. During quantitative method my

fully attention was focused on Karakorum international university students. During my research I

noticed totally describe what I was observed about the ICT uses enhancing KIU students their

learning. The researcher had written copy the uses of ICT, counted of particular activities and

share their knowledge to each other. In KIU students has few resources of ICT material but they

have share to his ICT instrument to other for the achieving their learning. The researcher

observed to KIU students created group learning environment to develop learning about the topic

through Information Technology and communication.

As this research study was quantitative in nature and multiple materials were used of the

collection of quantitative data. This aim of this study was to explanation a clear picture about

information technology and communication used in Karakorum international university students.

Semi structure quantitative method was arranged with information technology and

communication used in Karakorum international university students. In quantitative method the

participants delivered their perceptions towards information technology and communication used

in Karakorum international university students for developing knowledge. The quantitative

method was provided to gathering data about the ways of information technology and

communication used in Karakorum international university students.

The data gathering through quantitative method were assembled and analyzed for creating

themes about Information Technology and communication used in Karakorum international

university students. This area was roughly written drown in a copy to highlight the important

information that came about answering the research questions. The data collection from

quantitative method were first understanding and transcribed by analyzing of quantitative

method field arrange. After that the emerging themes from quantitative method transcripts were

used for gathering information through research questions. The responded from participants and

quantitative method information were analyzed individual as well as interpreting at the average.

The thematic analysis was applied to present the outcome and discussion. According to

researcher thematic approach adds extensive talking about the major theme that emerging from

analyzing a quantitative method. Regularly this technique uses bloom quotes and clear

explanations to help the theme (Creswell 2002). At the last from the analysis of the arising

themes inference were made and conclusions were selected.

These participants were voluntarily participated in study. These participants made the selected to

be part of research after explanation of research purpose, goal and aims.

Instrument

In the details discussed in chapter 2 research instruments were selected to collect data for this

study. The researcher had designed five types of questioners for arranging quantitative method.

One for this quantitative method with Karakorum international university is students. The

questioner designed for the Karakorum international university students consisted 12 questions

while the questioner for students. As the quantitative method were designed semi structured that

is why some additional and probes were included while conducting quantitative method.

DATA ANALSIS AND FINDINGS

In this chapter the researcher would like to investigate the research analysis gathered data from

aimed of sample of the study using data analysis quantitative instruments. First the recorded

quantitative were selected to transliterate individually into written form a copy. The quantitative

data were then coded into related themes of the research objective and sub questions of the study.

The emerging theme was described using thematic analysis. To helped some themes the data

from field notes of Karakorum international university students using ICT material. The various

quotes of participants were moreover mentioned in the theme. The theme was further matched in

the research codes and analyzed each code to derive discussions and conclusions.

This chapter contented five main parts. Each part described his functions relevant the research

study. Profile of Karakorum international university, participant details, analyzed of data

discussion and recommendation.

Profile of Karakorum international university

Sample departments belonged to deep root education providing organization Karakorum

international university Gilgit. The Karakorum international university was establishing in 2002.

Initially it was started few departments such as. At the age of time Karakorum international

university is enhancing departments for delivering knowledge.

The participants in this study were Karakorum international university students in Gilgit. A short

Analysis of Data

A structure was conducted face to face quantitative solving method. The quantitative

method was arranged with twelve students who belong to the Karakorum international

university. It was carried out Gilgit. For the analysis of quantitative method data collected

determining the main topics and categories in the data. Both quantitative method data were

collectively analyzed. First research question was answered with the assist of data collected from

twelve students through semi structure interview. The 2nd and 3nd research questions were

answered with the data collected through interviews with Karakorum international university.

The 4nd research question was answered with the assist of data collected through interview in

Karakorum international university. 5nd, 6nd and7nd research questions were answered with the

help of data collected through interview as well as collected through observations in Karakorum

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION

Conclusion

This research delivers important information about how familiarity and use of

information communication technology for learning by students at Karakorum international

university. In case of modern globalization and reorganizations in education has become

advanced for knowledge gaining and receiving process. Recently ICT has spread mostly all the

countries of the world. It is necessary key element of the development in the nation. Today many

educations sector are attempting to improve their quality of education through ICT instrument.

Recently are is Information Communication Technology for progression, development,

create theories about the content knowledge, learning, teaching, making curriculum policy and

includes all the aspect of the developing element. It is needed to be Information Communication

Technology for achieved their purpose. Information Communication Technology is carrying on

almost goods to provide better knowledge for students. Such as internet is a powerful tool of

delivering knowledge. Modern research belief that internet is curial essential part of transferring

knowledge because in internet there are many website having good information to each other. If

we have said internet could be bring change for the future knowledge. Information

Communication Technology has many tools which we cannot describe to these for students

learning because we have limited facilities of Information Communication Technology.

The study has provided good effort of the Information Communication Technology

for KIU students. The study has conducted Karakorum international university students by using

Information Communication Technology for their learning.

Karakorum international university students have faced many problems by Information

Communication Technology for their learning. In Karakorum international university there are

lack of ICT lap, slow internet service, ICT instruments, old ICT resources and lack of human

resources. These are major challenges faced Karakorum international university students during

used of Information Communication Technology for learning.

Limitations of the Study

The study investigates the students by using Information Communication Technology in

Karakorum international university. Through there is one instrument exist in the area. In

Karakorum international university there are many departments. This study was conducted only

seven departments in the Karakorum international university. For better results the study should

have been protracted to as many departments as possible across the Karakorum international

university Gilgit. Another limitation of this study was that the study conducted only quantitative

approach for collection data within the short time frame of only 23 days.

Recommendations for Future Research

This small scale study is limited to only seven departments in the context of a small

institution. Due to the limitations of demographic information is study. It is recommendation that

this study be pretend in a variety of department and diverse settings. The study was conducted

with seven departments in Karakorum international university Gilgit. It is recommended to

replicate the study with Karakorum international university students. Additional studies should

students learning at Karakorum international university.

It will also be useful to conduct a big research for concurrent investigation of Information

Communication Technology in university. As the time Information Communication Technology

will be spread as well as sun light in the earth.
