MODEL MANAGEMENT AGENCY

This contract has been made on this date between,

Model /Actor, Passport No
(Hereafter referred to as the ARTIST) & AHANA MOHAMMED (CASTING
DIRECTOR /MODEL MANAGER/SHOOT CORDINATOR)

The Artist has approached us for our Agency services for his/her professional
benefits.
CLAUSE 1-The Role of the Agency is to bring the Client and the Artist/Model together
and co-ordinate/arrange for the schedule and the terms of payment etc for the shoot/event.
The Role of the Agency is only to negotiate and finalize payments, terms and conditions
on behalf of the model. The Performance of Artist, travel and hospitality as well as any
other requirement including belongings during the shoot/event would be the sole
responsibility of ARTIST and Client.

CLAUSE 2-If the model is shortlisted by the Client, the Agency will inform about the
meeting and audition or else send you directly to meet them in person BUT will be
FINALISED only after AGENCY consent. No direct contact is appreciated!

CLAUSE 3-FPMH MODEL DUTIES

During the term of this agreement, the artist shall cooperate & comply with the
instructions on shoot & supervision of the Production AND carry out assignments as
directed by the client aesthetically which includes instructions related to the project,
attendance on scheduled call time.

CLAUSE 4 CODE OF CONDUCT-

It is clearly understood that the Client undertakes to maintain highest standards of

decency and decorum during the shoot, and shall be solely responsible for any
untoward incident whatsoever.
The Agency/manager/shoot cordinator would not be responsible, accountable or
liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damage/loss
to personal/valuable property of the model/artist or an account of any incident,
prior to or during or after the shoot.
WE at FPMH AGENCY believe in managing reputation for whatsoever
condition/circumstance. If a model is violating the above mentioned clauses deliberately
or deceptive towards the agency or make unfair remark, the model will be
BLACKLISTED.NO further work or issues related to the model/artist will be entertained
by the agency after a model is BLACKLISTED

CLAUSE 5 TERMS OF PAYMENT-

As per the mutual understanding between the CLIENT,ARTIST,& AGENCY
(SHOOT CO-ORDINATOR) in cheque OR cash (In cash if Total payment is
below 10,ooo/-RS)
The Payment will be given to the Model/Artist by FPMH Agency (if paid in
cheque) or the Model pays to the agency after deducting the 20% of the
commission (if paid in cash) depending on the payment mode as per the mutual
decision between the Client and the Agency.
The Payment will be made to the Model/Artist within 10 working days from the
date we receive the payment from the Client.
No issues regarding the payment received from the Client/Model will be
discussed with the Client/Model after the shoot is COMPLETED.
Any taxes as per the Indian tax law will be paid by the artist themselves for the
remuneration/payment received by the ARTIST/MODEL from CLIENT OR
AGENCY.

CLAUSE 6 CONTRACT BASIS-(FILMS ONLY).

10 percent commission of the Payment in which the ARTIST has signed the
FILM AGREEMENT will be paid to the Agency by artist on signing the contract
with the Artist/OR on when full payment is received by the ARTIST.
OR shall be paid by the Client/ARTIST by cheque/cash before the shoot begins
OR as per the contract.
The casting fees by the production is NOT related to any payment received by the
ARTIST/MODELS.

CLAUSE 7 Terms of Travel & Stay (outdoor shoot only)

a. The travel of model/Artiste(s) will be by Business Class + 1 companion by
economy class,only if needed
b. The stay of the model/Artiste(s), and one attendant each, will be in at least
a 5-Star Hotel, with an air-conditioned minimum mid-sized car placed at
his/ her disposal during their stay.
If at any location, 5-Star hotel accommodation is not available; the Agency will be
informed by the client in advance so that a mutually workable solution can be found.

CLAUSE 8 REFUNDS CLAUSE

If the model does not make the contracted appearance for the shoot,then in the case of
situation beyond his/her control,SAME model is liable to -
-Shoot for half price for the same client when or if shooting next for the same client only
(AS PER THE MODELS AVAILABILITY)
-He/she will return to the agency the amount paid to him/ her ,if the model is paid in
advance by the client.
CLAUSE 9 DISQUALIFICATIONS
Some time the models are chosen by their pictures, not by a personal meeting or
audition, especially for press and still shot. But on the spot of the shoot, the client
doesnt find the models as per his/her pictures, you will be dropped for that
assignments and the client will not make any payment in this case. So always
keep your updated pictures in your portfolio. Very rarely, but it happens some
time, the shoot had been done and you have given your 100% for the assignments.
Unfortunately,due to some technical issue or any other reason the whole
assignments is wasted due to whatsoever reason and will be scrapped (will not be
used for any commercial/professional purpose). The client is liable to pay 100%
of the fixed assignment fee to the models as he/she had given the required time,
efforts and their performance.

CLAUSE 10 AUTHORITY OF EXCLUSIVITY-

The models/actors/performers, who have already signed the contract with the agency, are
promoted exclusively and will be benefited from our MODEL OF THE MONTH
NEWSLETTER.

The models /actors are permitted to work with others with NO restrictions but
have to keep the agency updated about the work profile as well as dates
available.
The model consents and agrees to unrestricted use of portfolio submitted with
name and other details by the agency for purpose of promotion, of the
model/actor as well as the agency.
All registered models will be exclusively promoted by uploading their
portfolio on the company website as well as our PR exercises.
Registration fee (1000/- Rs only) will be received in cheque issued in the
name of proprietor of the agency or cash when the artist signs this agreement.
This contract is valid ONLY for 12 months/a year from the date of signing.
Renewal of the contract is subject to the agency and models demeanor.
We dont have any partners/branches.

That you do hereby declare that you are signing this agreement on having convinced
yourself of the content and clauses and that you shall not breach of the terms and once
committed it shall be your liability to indemnify us of the consequent loss/losses
