Villa Carmina is a 3 level property, consisting of the Upper Level (76 m2), the Ground
Level (170 m2), the Lower Level (235 m2) and a Guest Room (22 m2).
The Upper Level houses the Master Bedroom and its en suite bathroom with shower
and private balcony with exceptional view of the Cycladic Islands and the Aegean.
The Ground Level (pool level) consists of a reception hall, a very spacious living room
with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a
guest WC, the main staircase that connects all three levels and a guest room with inde-
pendent entrance, king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The dining room
and the kitchen are directly connected with the large (233 m2) pool terrace that offers a
large (105 m2) infinity swimming pool, very spacious and pergola shaded dining and
lounge areas with built-in pillowed benches and tables from where guests can enjoy
unique sea views and gorgeous sunset while being sheltered from the strong north wind
of Mykonos and also a separate auxiliary unit that has direct access to the parking area
and houses the locker room and a bathroom with shower to serve the outdoor facilities.
An external staircase connects the ground level pool terrace with the lower level terrace.
The Lower Level houses 4 double bedroom suites with king size beds, dressing rooms
and en suite bathrooms with shower, an independent guest room with single bed and en
suite bathroom with shower, the boiler room and a storage room. All 4 suites have direct
access to the lower levels very large (508 m2) terrace and landscaped areas where
guests can find a large outdoor Jacuzzi for 10 people and several spots with pergola
