INFORMATION
The undersigned City Prosecutor hereby accuses Joaquin Tuazon for
violation of Section 5 of Republic Act No. 9165 otherwise known as the
Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002, committed as follows:
That on or about April 24, 2017 at around 4 pm, at St. Marys College
of Law, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines and within the jurisdiction
of this Honorable Court, the said accused, without being authorized by law,
willfully, unlawfully and knowingly traded and sold to SPO3 Cardo Dalisay
together, with a confidential agent, who were acting as poseur-buyers, five
(5) kilos of shabu and handed or delivered the said dangerous drugs to the
said poseur-buyer SPO3 Cardo Dalisay and after receipt from him the
amount One Million pesos (Php 1,000,000) consisting of one thousand
pieces of One Thousand peso bill (P1000.00) with serial numbers PH
001001 to PH 002000
