BUSINESS (Trade Centers, companies, currency, import-export firms, travel agents, all
types workplace etc.)
EATING AND DRINKING (restaurants, fish houses, cafeterias, bars, cake halls etc.)
ACCOMMODATION (hotels, motels, chalets, guest houses etc.)
PUBLIC AREAS (Governorship, Public institutions, universities, schools, banks, mosques,
Museums etc.)

1- Content Management System (CMS)

 a. be web-based
b. should support three languages : Azerbaijan, Russian, English
c. must be multiple users and user authority (eg. admin and basic users)
d. we can add/update categories
e. adding/update content for fixed pages (MENU-1) (info, photo, video, mp3)
f. update/update content for variable pages (MENU-2) (info, photo, address, tel, social
media links (facebook, twitter, etc.), web pages link, ???
g. must be added announcement for home page (when required)
h. must be added a advertising (when required)
i. must be able to select featured content (eg. we can choose a restaurant from all
restaurants in MENU-2)

2- Mobil Application (Android and IOS)

a. should support three languages : Azerbaijan, Russian, English
b. must be native platform (the phone should use their own library)
c. Work on all versions of Android and iOS phones (warning to user if doesn't support)
d. can be downloaded and installed from Android or iOS store (should not want another
program or plugin)
e. It will alert the user if there is a connection error (on pop-up, maybe click this
alert,user will go setting on own phone)
f. Is this possible? some unchanging content will be in the phone's own database
(for speed and performance) but the database will be synchronized with server,
client can read from server if have updated content
g. fixed pages to be able to work in the without internet connection (eg. main page,
contact or all MENU-1)
h. must give notice to user for update if has changed app. (but don't want update the
app, if changing only the content)
i. Must be search and advanced search module (perhaps results from filtering,
category etc.)
j. Is this possible? Search results are displayed on the map (marked with an icon)

k. must be some information, photograph, address, e-mail, phone and social media
connections In the content page (see example: image-2)
l. Is this possible? current position detection and directions to places show on map
m. must be integrated with Google Analytics
n. show local weather forecast (display an appropriate place, perhaps in another page)

3- Responsive Web Site

a. The same will be designed as mobile application content (but web-based and
responsive)
b. Android and iOS will store the download links for our mobile application
c. include social media links (our company)
d. announcements
e. news
f. activities
g. weather
h. etc etc a little more detail than mobile application
