John I am a 26 year old Physical Therapist Assistant student set to graduate in August

This 3 week SNF rotation was excellent experience in geriatric care and

progression protocol. We saw around 8 patients a day ranging in
treatments from 30 to 90 minutes. The wide range of patients we saw

degeneration along with several post surgery.

Clinical Rotation #1- St. Vincents East, Ascension Physical Therapy


Birmingham AL-- December 5-16

The two weeks I spent at St. Vincents were very educational in acute
care. A wide range of experience was available as we worked with
patients from orthopedic all the way to psych. I scored 3/4 to 4/4 on all
critical care skills outlined in our class rubric and was fortunate to gain
great experience in transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise for
acute and postoperative care.

I completed 120 hours of my required observation at CSM while also


gaining experience with electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapy, hot and
cold packs, and assisting general exercises.

Clinical Observation, Drayer Physical Therapy

Drayer was the first clinic I completed my required observation hours for
application to Wallace States PTA Program. I completed around 200
hours of clinical observation, assembled hot and cold packs, and assisted
in electrical stimulation and exercises.

metro and have completed a wide variety of work for satisfied investors
including 3 full remodels involving demo, drywall and finishing/painting,

Working with Juan I was the lead painter on jobs but also tasked with
carpentry work such as installing\repairing studs, joists, subfloor, drywall
