Summary
For the month of April, the Hermosa Beach real estate market experienced a 30.77% increase in total sales, a 17.65% bump in net
listings, a 10.98% improvement in the sales-listing ratio, and a 50.98% drop in the median days to sell. During this period of time
the median sales price dropped 9.68%. Year-over-year months of inventory data point held steady at 4.0 from April 2016 to April
2017.

In March, C.A.R. reported Marchs solid sales performance was likely influenced by the specter of higher interest rates,
which may have pushed buyers off the sidelines and close escrow before rates moved higher.
