Narrative The above listed subject was arrested on the above listed
charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling East on Main
Street and make an improper right turn onto Pierrepont Avenue.
Further investigation revealed Marsjanik to have a suspended
NYS Drivers license. Marsjanik was transported to Potsdam PD
where a breathalyzer test revealed him to have a BAC of .17%.
