AFFIDAVIT OF ATTESTING JOINT

OWNERSHIP OF BUSINESS INTEREST

WE, Sps. BABIE JUN P. YBANEZ AND KEYNE HELEN L. YBANEZ AND VAUGHN ELBERT P. YBANEZ,
both of legal ages, Filipinos, Spouse and brother respectively and residents of Brgy C. Borongan City, Eastern
Samar, and P.2 Rosa Subd., Macabling Santa Rosa City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the joint co-owners and proprietors of business establishments located in the City of Borongan,
which names are VBY Fishing, 3K Home World and 3K Mini Market, which are duly registered with the
Department of Trade and Industry;

2. That the said business establishments is registered in the name of the affiant KEYNE HELEN L. YBANEZ,
and which has been operational for the last 6 years up to this date;

3. That we hereby declare that the businesses are co-owned by us as family business property whose capital
provided by us through our family earnings;

4. That the registration of the business name in favor of affiant KEYNE HELEN L.YBANEZ of the above
mentioned business establishments were made for convenience and to facilitate and hasten the business
operation as we are then on our initial business operation;

5. That for all the intents and purposes, the two business establishments registered with Department of trade
and Industry as VBY Fishing, 3K Home World and 3K Mini Market in the name of the affiant KEYNE
HELEN L. YBANEZ is actually under a family ownership of the herein affiants, the same having
established with the use of their family funds.

6. That we further state that any and all obligations of the three business establishments including their profits
are under the full ownership and responsibility of the mentioned joints affiants;

7. That this affidavit is executed to attest the truth of the foregoing statements;
