The following benefits and reimbursements have been revised w.e.f. April 01, 2015 :
i In partial modification of Office Circular No. 02/2010 dated July 12, 2010, it has
been decided to revise the limits for reimbursement of Education Expenses as under:
ii All other terms and conditions governing the above scheme will remain
unchanged.

unchanged.
i In partial modification of Office Circular No. 11/97 dated March 21, 1997,
it has been decided to revise the coverage under the Group Saving Linked
Insurance Scheme as under:
ii The staff members contribution towards the GSLI Scheme will be paid by
SEBI.
iii Establishment Division may seek quote from LIC for enhanced insurance
coverage and implement the same.
iv All other terms and conditions governing the above scheme will remain
unchanged.
Grade Entitlement

ii The staff members who have already availed of the facility of furnishing of
Residence of Staff are eligible for the difference between the existing and
revised limits and the same has to be availed in one installment.
iii The staff members in Junior Assistant, Cook/Messenger cadre are eligible to
avail only differential amount between the existing and revised limits as their
eligibility under the scheme is once in life time.
iv The staff members have to avail the differential amount within a period of three
months from the date of this circular. If the same is not availed within a period
of three months, it will be treated as 'lapsed'.
v The amount under the Scheme for furnishing of Residence of Staff can also be
used for furnishing of residential office.
vi The staff members who joins the services of the Board in Grade A/Grade B,
after the issue of this circular, will only be eligible under the scheme for
furnishing of Residence of Staff after completion of one year service in SEBI.
vii All other terms and conditions governing the above scheme will remain
unchanged.
i In partial modification of Office Circular No. 09/2009 dated May 13, 2009,
Office Circular No. 11/2012 dated July 27, 2012 and Office Circular No.
14/2012 dated October 01, 2012, it has been decided to revise the limits for
reimbursement towards Eye Refraction Test and Cost of Spectacles as under:
ii All other terms and conditions governing the above benefit will remain
unchanged.
G Annual Health Check-up for Staff Members
i In partial modification of Office Circular No. 07/2009 dated May 06, 2009, it has
been decided to increase the entitlement under the Annual Health Check-up Scheme
to Rs.6,750/- per person.
ii It has also been decided to do away with the present practice of obtaining copies
of the reports from the staff members for processing the claims under the Annual
Health Check-up Scheme and the claims will be processed on submission of original
bills.
iii All other terms and conditions governing the above scheme will remain
unchanged.
I House Allowance
i In partial modification of Office Circular No. 23/2007 dated July 20, 2007 and
Office Circular No.03/2008 dated October 15, 2008, it has been decided to revise the
entitlements under the House Allowance Scheme as under:
