MU-830 can be applied for concrete surface repair job, plaster crack repair, and brick and concrete joints

Preparation

Preparation

1. All surfaces must be cleaned from dust, oil, or dirts and other removable dirts to ensure a perfect adhesiveness.
2. Should the concrete surface is dry, it should be wet or damped first with water evenly.

Mixing

1. Pour 10.0-10.5 liters of water into a pail

2. Pour the dry mixture of MU-830 (40 kgs).
3. Mix the mixture evenly.

How to apply

1. Apply the mixture on the top of repaired concrete by spreading the mixture to desired thickness by using curved trawl.
2. Apply the mixture with proper stress to have a good adhesiveness.

3. After it is half-dried, spread evenly and scrub the surface using appropriate trawl.

Storage

Store in room and keep it dry. Avoid over stacking, there should be maximum 8 stacks per pallet (maximum 2 stacks of pallet).

Shelf Life: 12 months if stored in closed bag in a dry room.
