aids to promote a better sleeping environment using the 1
latest technology.
NOTE Please keep this manual handy as you use your
new product. It contains practical step-by-step instructions, 2

INSTALLATION
The sleeping box can be powered by batteries or AC adaptor.
USING BATTERIES

Scroll up/down to adjust sound volume, adjust settings, or
snooze the alarm when the alarm is on
Press to confirm settings, or snooze the alarm when the
alarm is on

TOP VIEW

CR2032 BATTERY BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT AND SLEEPING


This unit is equipped with a CR2032 battery as a backup SOUND
power source. We experience different consciousness states throughout our
everyday life. Some states are experienced frequently, such
as sleeping, dreaming or fully conscious, while some states
are less frequently experienced, for instance, when we are
particularly creative or extra awareness.
