Construction of ERMAK caravans
ERMAK caravans construction in accordance with GOST 22853-86
and TU 5363-003-78575635-2007 has the following parameters:
Carcass Structure
Rack frame structure of welded frames of closed-loops (hot rolled
metal profile): 16 frame, 10 cargo rack, 5 corner posts,
45 corner for intermediate struts and ribs, to which wall panels of
cold rolled sheet St 1.2 mm are attached. The top shipping brackets;
mortgages for link to the platform.
Roof
Steel sheet 1.5 mm semiautomatic lap-joint welded. Shape of the
roof: gable.
Bottom
Semiautomatic welded metal sheet 1.2 mm, covered with corrosion
protective rubber-asphalt mastic.
Wall Panels
Composed sandwich panel of cold rolled steel sheet 1.2 mm with
curved edge, assembled with screw M6 in lock, and fixed with spot
welding.
Thermal Insulation
In accordance with GOST 15150-69, moderately cold version. Ex-
pandable poly styrene: walls and ceilings 100 mm, floor 120
mm. The first layer of thermal insulation lays on carcass metal,
the second layer covers all joints with whole sheets. Vapor bar-
rier film.
Internal Finishing
For residential units interior is made from MDF panels. For showers,
bathrooms and kitchens finishing is made from plastic sheeting.
Wet areas with hard temperature mode and technical areas walls

rolled metal profile): 16 frame, 10 cargo rack, 5 cor-
ner posts, 45 corner for intermediate struts and ribs, to which
are attached wall panels of cold rolled sheet St 1.2 mm. The
top shipping brackets; mortgages for link to the platform.
Roof
Steel sheet 1.5 mm semiautomatic lap-joint welded. Shape of
the roof gable, with water drainage slope.
Thermal Insulation
In accordance with GOST 15150-69, moderately cold variant.
Noncombustible mineral wool URSA-type insulation, vapor
barrier film.

 Transportation of products

Techmash Group manufactures mobile buildings according to

transportation standards. Maximum size of standard product is 3*9
m and makes possible transportation by any vehicle (rail, air and
automobile). Customer pickup from production site in Pervouralsk
is possible.

Construction of ERMAK caravan provides resistance to overloads

during transportation by automobile and rail vehicles and multiple
transshipment. In order to fasten loading and unloading the cara-
van is equipped with top shipping brackets.
