2 DEFENDANT PNY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

4 Plaintiff Limestone Memory Systems, LLC (Limestone) and Defendant PNY
5 Technologies, Inc. (PNY) hereby stipulate pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a) and 41(c)
6 that:
7 1. Limestone hereby dismisses WITH PREJUDICE all claims that were alleged
8 or could have been alleged by Limestone against PNY in this case based on or relating to
9 the alleged infringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,943,260 (the 260 patent).
10 2. PNY hereby dismisses WITH PREJUDICE all counterclaims which were or
11 could have been alleged by PNY against Limestone in response to Limestones
12 allegations against PNY in this case based on or relating to the alleged infringement of the
13 260 patent.
14 3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys fees; and
15 4. This stipulation of dismissal between the sole parties in this case is not
16 intended as a waiver or release of any claims Limestone has against any other party in the
17 related, coordinated cases. The related and coordinated cases are Limestone Memory Sys.
18 LLC v. Micron Technology, Inc., No. 8:15-cv-00278 (C.D. Cal.); Limestone Memory Sys.
