The Circular Disc Reverse Osmosis (CDRO) is a
proven alternative for the treatment of effluent and
wastewater treatment applications. This technology RCDT-module system is the most advanced product

The RCDT Module employs excellent disc shape so
that it can achieve fast membrane surface flow rate
and turbulence effect, which prevents the
membrane from fouling and scaling. The system
has high corrosion stability and is flexible enough to
cope up with unstable raw water containing highly
colloidal substances.
Performance
This CDRO system consists of RCDT module,
pressure tube and hydraulic discs which a center System uses short feed flow paths and
tension rod holds. Octagonal membrane cushions high-packing densities to minimize

construction, open flow channels are formed flow impediments.
between the hydraulic discs and the membrane Due to decrease in fouling and scaling,
cushions where the raw solution concentrates. CDRO membranes have longer life.
Individual channels are joined together by openings
in discs, which are arranged in annular pattern, so Is able to cope up with high SDI limit and

RETROFITTING & CAPACITY
ENHANCEMENT
CDRO systems are an easy option for treatment/ capacity
enhancement/replacement of existing disc module systems
without much modification/ destruction in the existing
systems. Due to the capability of operating in high pressure
and superior performance, the operational up gradation and
quality improvement can be done with replacement of
membrane module and/ or with additional modules in existing
system. Many cases, the reject from the existing plant can be
fed into our high-pressure system for improving the recovery
wherein the final reject disposal will be minimized.
