sources below. Support your ideas with reasons that are only relevant to the two

Situation:

The company where Mandy works has a plan to organize some year-end trip to
reward employees for their hard work. One suggestion is to organize a trip to the
mountain in the north but many of the employees, including Mandy, disagree
with the idea because it may be difficult to find enough accommodation for a trip
to mountains at year end. Also, on a mountain the space to conduct
teambuilding activity is limited for the whole employees. Mandy has asked other
employees on the year-end trip and found that a sea would be a better choice.
She is writing this to the president of the company.
