One has to wonder just how little it would cost the taxpayer and how
much better off the world economy would be if we all
existed in “the Spirit of the Golden Rule” that is “the Spirit
of the Law” in democracies
It has been a long road to HOE (Heaven on Earth) and the stage is set
It is State and Church that have control of the people’s minds as British
Columbia history professor Jonathan Swainger informs
“The Spirit of the Golden Rule” is the epitome of simplicity and sanity
that has forever blown in the wind well understood by us
all at 5 prior to the first day of school incomprehensible
that any sane individual would not know what is and what
is not receptive to a fellow individual with simultaneous
pondering of the concept of Cause and Effect and the
necessity of due punishment for them that object.
Sane person’s in, of and with “the Spirit of the Law” know well the
necessity of cooperating with the law being the one that
equally governs, protects and benefits us all that includes
a person that reasonable evidence is provided against him
or her and would be pleased that the police are there to
prove their innocence being what all pertinent evidence
that they must collect unobstructed will show.

I wrote and published a letter that caused a lawyer conglomerate
operating in all 50 states and 4 Canadian provinces to
abandon their web site that openly states what I have been
writing for 4 ½ years
The Attorney General does not, however, direct or cause charges to be laid.
While the Attorney General and the Attorney General's agents may provide
legal advice to the police, the ultimate decision whether or not to lay charges
is for the police. Once the charge is laid the decision as to whether the
prosecution should proceed, and in what manner, is for the Attorney General
and the Crown Attorney.
The Legal Aid system and the private sector lawyer are illegal … extortionists
inherently obstructers of efficient effective justice … organized crime initiated by
the government with illegitimate laws designed to protect them with absolute
disregard for Constitution the demands every individual be consistently equally
governed, protected and benefitted granted in Perpetual Possessory Title
15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the
right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without
discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on
race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or
physical disability.
7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and
the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance
with the principles of fundamental justice.
10. Everyone has the right on arrest or detention (a) to be informed promptly of
the reasons therefor; (b) to retain and instruct counsel without delay and to be
informed of that right; and (c) to have the validity of the detention determined by
way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is not lawful.
11. Any person charged with an offence has the right (a) to be informed without
unreasonable delay of the specific offence; (b) to be tried within a reasonable
time; (c) not to be compelled to be a witness in proceedings against that person in
respect of the offence; (d) to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according
to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal; (e)
not to be denied reasonable bail without just cause; (f) except in the case of an
offence under military law tried before a military tribunal, to the benefit of trial by
jury where the maximum punishment for the offence is imprisonment for five
years or a more severe punishment; (g) not to be found guilty on account of any
act or omission unless, at the time of the act or omission, it constituted an offence
under Canadian or international law or was criminal according to the general
principles of law recognized by the community of nations; (h) if finally acquitted of
the offence, not to be tried for it again and, if finally found guilty and punished for
the offence, not to be tried or punished for it again; and (i) if found guilty of the
offence and if the punishment for the offence has been varied between the time of
commission and the time of sentencing, to the benefit of the lesser punishment.
12. Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment
or punishment.
13. A witness who testifies in any proceedings has the right not to have any
incriminating evidence so given used to incriminate that witness in any other
proceedings, except in a prosecution for perjury or for the giving of contradictory
evidence.
14. A party or witness in any proceedings who does not understand or speak the
language in which the proceedings are conducted or who is deaf has the right to
the assistance of an interpreter.
The Rule of law in its most basic form is no one is above the law.
Perhaps the most important application of the rule of law is the principle that
governmental authority is legitimately exercised only in accordance with, publicly
disclosed laws, adopted and enforced in accordance with established procedural steps
that are referred to as due process.
The rule of law is hostile to dictatorship and to anarchy.
According to modern Anglo-American thinking, hallmarks of adherence to the rule of
law commonly include a clear separation of powers, legal certainty, the principle of
legitimate expectation and equality of all before the law.
The concept is not without controversy, and it has been said that "the
phrase the rule of law has become meaningless thanks to ideological
abuse and general over- use"
R & R of the AG
The Attorney General has a special role to play in advising Cabinet to ensure the rule of
law is maintained and that Cabinet actions are legally and
constitutionally valid.
As chief law officer, the Attorney General has a special responsibility to be the guardian
of that most elusive concept - the rule of law. The rule of law is a well
established legal principle, but hard to easily define. It is the rule of law
that protects individuals, and society as a whole, from arbitrary measures
and safeguards personal liberties.
“Forgive them Lord for they know naught of what they do”
Perhaps they never have, but with this document and all
others published on the
www.charterdemocracyforce.ca web site and
others referenced thereon provided to the GLIST
It is impossible for one to continue to believe that they do
not know what they do.
The answer had been right there in front of me all along yet
Osmosis had made it transparent a phenomenon
of humankind consistent with inherent bias left
uncontrolled

In the published documents is all the information you now request
This is also the address of RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of
the GTA who should have a copy of RCMP Staff. Sgt. R.B. Macadam’s report who
purportedly had a copy, but admitted that he chose to ignore the hundreds of pages of
irrefutable evidence of government organized crime I filed with the Commission to find
the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate the government organized crime.
I am interested if he also ignored Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam’s report or did Staff Sgt. R.B.
MacAdam spend 9 months ignoring the hundreds of pages of evidence too.
I am informed that the RCMP Commissioner William Nicholson has also been informed
and perhaps he has a copy of the requested information presuming you have his address.
Sgt. Karen Delorey also of Central region office could also have copy (See pg. 50)
Should you require the Commission for Complaints address who also has a copy of Staff
Sgt. R.B.MacAdam’s report their address is on page 151 and page 62 of the
aforementioned “Now if I Find a Stamp document”
I hope this will aid you in your search for RCMP information as per request.
