As originally set wp, the ‘governing board was comprised of appointees of both the Board of Supervisors and the Board of “Aldermen, respectively. Hovvever, for many years, certainly pre-dating the 2013 time frame prescribed in yout letter, the City has chosen not to paticpate in the management or supervision (of the airport, the Board of Aldermen have appointed no board members, and the City has ccontibuted no funding. ‘The board forthe entire time of your inquiry has been comprised solely ‘of appointees named by the Clarke County Board of Supervisors, ‘Ast the enumerated items (I-6) of your letter, the Board of Supervisors does not have ‘yun ats possession any public records periaining to requests numbered 2, 3,4, oF 6.
