felony offense, to-wit: the crimes of rape, armed robbery, kidnapping, sexual battety, armed
carjacking, a felony, in violation of Section 97-9-49(1 ), Mississippi Code, 1972, as amended,

Raymond, Mississippi, by breaking, disfiguring or destroying the air conditioning vent, ceiling and a
pad lock located in POD "A" to escape, with the value of the property destroyed, disfigured or
injured being more than $1000.00 but less than $5000.00, in violation of Section 97-17-67,

, an adult female human being, to-wit, 144.00 in United States Currency, by putting
her in fear of immediate injury to her person by the exhib tion of a deadly weapon, a gun, all occurring
within the jurisdiction ofthis court, in violation ofMissi sippi Code Annotated Section 97-3-79(1972,
as amended); and,

based upon a series of acts connected together an constituting parts of a common scheme and
plan, said Remy Harvey being a male human being abo the age of thirteen ( 13) years, whose date of
birth is November 30, 2000. did, on and about the 19'h d y of ApriL 2014, in the county aforesaid and
within the jurisdiction of this Court, willfully. unlawfu ly, feloniously and without lawful authority
forcible seize and confine . an adult fe ale human being, against her will, by forcibly
confining her in her 2014 black Dodge Avenger auto obile, and driving her around in Jackson,
Mississippi, by threatening her with serious bodily injury through the exhibition of a gun, all within the
jurisdiction ofthis court, in violation ofMississippi Code nnotated Section 97-3-53( 1972, as amended);
and
COUNT IV
based upon a series of acts connected together a d constituting parts of a common scheme and
plan, Remy Harvey being a male human being above the age ofthirteen (13) years, whose date of birth
is November 30,2000, did, on and about the 19th day of pril, 2014, in the county aforesaid and within
the jurisdiction of this Court, willfully, unlawfully, felon ously and without lawful authority attempted
to cause or purposely or knowingly caused bodily injury o , an adult female human
being, with a deadly weapon, to-wit: a gun, by striking er in the head with such gun, which deadly
weapon was likely to produce death or serious bodily ha to , all occurring within
the jurisdiction of this court, in violation of Mississipp Code Annotated Section 97-3-7(2)(1972, as
amended); and
COUNTY
based upon a series of acts connected together a constituting parts of a common scheme and
plan, said Remy Harvey being a male human being abo the age of thirteen (13) years, whose date of
birth is November 30, 2000, did, on and about the 19th y of April, 2014, in the county aforesaid and
within the jurisdiction ofthis Court, willfully, unlawfully, eloniously and without authority take a motor
vehicle, a black 2014 Dodge Avenger automobile, from th immediate possession of ,
by force or violence by putting her in fear, or attempting t do so, by exhibiting and threatening her with
a fire arm, to- wit: a handgun, all occurring within the jurisdiction of this court and in violation of
Section 97-3-117(2), Mississippi Code Annotated ( 1972 as amended); and,
COUNT VI
based upon a series of acts connected together a constituting parts of a common scheme and
plan. said Remy Harvey being a male human being abo the age of thirteen ( 13) years, whose date of
birth is November 30,2000, did, on and about the 19th y of April, 2014, in the county aforesaid and
within the jurisdiction of this Court, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously engage in sexual penetration,
as defined by Mississippi Code Annotated 97-3-97, wi , an adult female human
being, without her consent, by placing an object ' vagina, all occurring within the
jurisdiction of this court and in violation of Section 97-3 95(1 )(a), Mississippi Code Annotated ( 1972,
as amended).
All of the above, Count I, Count II, Count Ill, and Count IV, Count V, and Count VI, being contrary to
the form of the statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State
of Mississippi.
