End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This document details all rights, restrictions, liabilities and exemptions related to the use of

Jyotishya Deepika. Please read the license carefully and understand all terms and

conditions before proceeding with the installation of the software. By proceeding further and

installing this software and its components you are giving your full explicit agreement to the

terms and conditions (implicit and explicit) in this License.

Definitions:

Jyotishya Deepika refers to the complete suite of the software and its associated files and

documentation that you have received from the creator and owner of this software.

Licensor means Dr. Nagalakshmi S, the creator and copyright owner of Jyotishya Deepika

and the owner and webmaster of www.krishnamurtipaddhati.com, and all persons and

companies authorized by her for this purpose.

Licensee refers to you, the end user of the software and its components including

documentation.

Copyright Statement:

Jyotishya Deepika is the proprietary property of Dr. Nagalakshmi S, who is the creator,

owner and copyright holder for the entire software suite and its documentation. You shall

not in any way and by any means (electronic, mechanical or otherwise) copy or distribute all

or any of the portions of the software and its documentation without the explicit written

permission of the Licensor.

Disclaimer:

THE LICENSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE

SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR SHALL

NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE AS A RESULT OF

USING, OR DISTRIBUTING THIS SOFTWARE OR ITS DERIVATIVES.

Limited Warranty:

The Licensor warrants that the software will provide the features and functions generally

described in the product specification when you purchased it and in the product

documentation. Media, on which the Software is furnished, if any, will be free from defects

in materials and workmanship. The Licensor has made it a point to secure the most reputed

brand of the medium (CD) for distributing the software.

The Licensor has taken all reasonable steps to keep the software free of viruses, spy ware,

"back door" Trojans, or any other harmful script/code and will not intentionally deprive you of

your ability to use any features of the software or access to your data.

The Licensor does not warrant that the software or your ability to use it will be uninterrupted

or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor disclaims any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as stated in the Disclaimer

statement made above.

Limitations on Liability:

Your exclusive remedy under the above limited warranty shall be, at the licensors option,

either a full refund of the purchase price or correction of the defective software or media. To

the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor disclaims all liability for indirect or

consequential damages that arise under this license agreement. The licensor does not

claim that the calculations made in the software are accurate or measure to any known

standards. As Astrology is subject to interpretations, the licensor shall not be liable to any

damage of any kind, suffered by anyone as a result of calculations, interpretations / mis-

interpretations and predictions made by using Jyotishya Deepika.

LICENSE GRANT

Evaluation License(time restricted and number of uses restricted):

The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable date restricted license to

use the software for non-commercial evaluation purposes only on a single computer ONLY.

Licensee may make one archival copy of the Software and may not re-distribute either

separately or included with a product, modified or unmodified copies of the Software to

software developers or anyone else within or outside the Licensee's organization. The

evaluation license expires after a period as stated in the introductory message when the

application is first run. The period provided may vary and is at the sole discretion of the

licensor. There is also a limit on the number of times the software can be used for

evaluation within the time frame specified above. This again is specified by the system

when the software is run. Therefore, the licensee cannot claim any rights on the period of

evaluation granted to him/her. Once the evaluation period expires, the software will no
longer be functional and the licensee is advised either to upgrade to the full version with full

license within the expiry of the evaluation period, or uninstall the software before the end of

the evaluation period. After the expiry of the evaluation period, if the licensee is not

interested in buying a permanent license for the software, he/she is bound by this

agreement to uninstall the software from the system and also destroy all copies of the

software in possession. The licensor shall in no way be held liable or responsible for any

damages suffered by the licensee in the course of uninstalling or destroying the software

from the system.

Full License machine bound:

If the licensee has paid the full prescribed fee for the software and purchased the full

licensed version of the same, the licensor hereby grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-

transferable, unrestricted license to use the software on a single computer only. The

software license purchased for one computer as indicated by the licensee to the licensor at

the time of purchase cannot be used on other machines. The licensor is in no way liable for

any damages suffered by the licensee if the licensee tries to install the software on

machines which are not covered by the issued machine-bound license. In case the licensee

needs to for any purpose or reason, install the software on machines other than those for

which the license has been granted, the licensee may do so by buying extra licenses from

the licensor after paying the prescribed fees. Grant of additional licenses (for additional

machines) may be given at the sole discretion of the licensor without the licensee claiming

any right to it. This software is machine bound to a particular hardware. In case the licensee

has changed the hardware configuration of the machine, he should request the licensor to

issue a license for the changed hardware. In all good faith, the request of the licensee may

be granted by the licensor according to his/her personal discretion. The licensee may make

one archival copy of the Software for re-installation purposes only and shall not re-distribute
either separately or included within a product, modified or unmodified copies of the software

to software developers or any other persons within or outside the licensees organization.

By installing the Software you agree to the terms and conditions of this License.

Restrictions:

Jyotishya Deepika (v2.0) is a confidential copyrighted software package of the licensor and

the title and copyright to all copies is retained by the licensor. Licensee shall not modify,

decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer Software. Software

may not be leased, assigned, or sublicensed, in whole or in part. Offences committed to this

effect by the licensee shall be viewed very seriously under the terms of this license and the

licensee shall be liable for prosecution to the maximum extent permissible under law.

No-Obligation Evaluation:

Jyotishya Deepika is available for no-obligation evaluation for a period that varies from 7

days to 15 days (as may be fixed from time to time at the sole discretion of the licensor) or

limited by the number of uses within the evaluation time frame (7 to 15 uses dependent on

the discretion of the licensor). Use of the software during this period does not require any

payment to be made to the licensor. However, if you choose to continue to use it beyond the

evaluation period, appropriate fees must be paid to the licensor. If you choose not to use the

product after evaluation period, you must not use or distribute any material that is included

with the package and also destroy all copies of the software and its documentation in your

possession.

Other terms and conditions:

1. Jyotishya Deepika (v2.0) is a copy-protected product. To activate it, you require valid keys

from the licensor. These keys will be bound to a machine. You will not be able to use the

software on machines other than those for which explicit license has been granted.

2. All product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

3. We strongly recommend evaluating the software before purchase. Because we follow a

non-refundable license policy, we will not be able to refund any fees paid by you under any

circumstances. We strongly advise you to kindly evaluate the software fully before making a

full license purchase.

4. Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

5. All legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
