Responsible for the entire instrument and control system related activities of Fatima Fertilizer Utilities
plant.
Responsible for preparing Instrument overall budget and coordinate with engineers for effective
utilization of budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Re-Engineering Contractors, M W Kellog regarding Basic Engineering of
plant on current Plant location and required production of relocated Ammonia Plant.
- Coordinating with Detail Engineering Contractor JGC-Descon regarding the Detail Engineering of
relocated ammonia plant and implementing new Control Philosophy of Instrumentation i.e. to
scrap all local/field controllers to control through DCS/ESD, to change all pneumatic loops in
electronic 4-20mA loops.
- Maintenance of Utilities plant Instrument and control system.
- Maintenance of control valves of whole plant in instrument workshop
- Coordinating with GE for Re-Engineering of Gas turbine Compressor.

- NTDC KESC 500/220 KV GIS Interconnection.

This Plant contained the six single-phase Generators (200MV), Mesh system, all types of
relays i.e. distance, differential, Over Current, O/V.On this project I worked on commissioning
of Schemes, Transformers, Current Relays, Differential relays, Generator etc.
- Chanda Gas Field (OGDCL Kohat)
This project containing 744 Instruments, 250 PID Loops, Allen Bradley S5 PLC, Four Gas
Generators on Auto synchronization and one Diesel Generator for Black Start. 02Nos 8KVA
each Battery Chargers, Load Shedding Scheme. In this project, I worked on Refurbishment,
Testing, Installation and Commissioning of Control Valves, Transmitters (Flow, Temperature,
Pressure and Level), I/P Converters, Battery Charger Panels, MCC Panels. Configuration of
Digital metering, Commissioning of Generators. And UPS.
