The miniTAG is a 32-bit tracking tag which utilizes multiple technologies: RFID, Electromagnetics, GPS, and RADAR

Capacity (%) Indication
The miniTAG has a rechargeable battery which is
charged wirelessly through a single charger (150-
100 Steady Green 0013-755) or a charging station (Model MT Charger-25
50-99 Single Flash Green
charges 25 miniTAGs simultaneously). The button on
the miniTAG illuminates/flashes according to its battery
20-49 Single Flash Yellow level. Battery level indicator colors/patters are outlined
in the chart.

Built into the unit is a man down feature with two modes
Mode Button Press Indicator of operation: panic and advisory. These conditions are
activated by pressing the button on the unit (short press
Advisory Short Hold (1.5 to 5s) Flash Magenta for advisory; long press for panic). If a panic or advisory
condition is activated, the button on the miniTAG will
Panic Long Hold (>5s) Flash Blue
flash blue (Panic) or magenta (Advisory). This message
is then sent to MineTracker through the 32-bit tracking
system.
