P/T wellhead section B seal test to 1500 psi as PetroChina.

P/T BOP 13-5/8 10 M psi as per PetroChina.
Perform CBL/VDL WL job.
M/U 12-1/4 BHA: New 12-1/4 PDC (baker Q605S, S323, with
7 X 14/32 Nozz) + 8"NMDC + 1 X 8"DC + 12 3/16" STB + 6 X
8 DC + 8"Jar + 1 X 8"DC + XO + 1 X 6 1/2"DC + XO + 5-
1/2 DP.
Check jar if new or used with certificate.
P/T wellhead section B side outlet valves to 1000 psi while
RIH to 1000m.
Wash down from 100m above expected TOC.
Drill out top, bottom plugs & F.C & cement & F.S and 3m of
new FM to 1404m. (WOB: 2T, RPM= 60-70, FR= 2300-2450
lpm). Work CMT interval 3 X times.
Check mud WT in/out.
Perform SBT to EMW 2.36 g/cc by rig pump, bit inside shoe,
close pipe rams, raise pressure gradually to 2050 psi for 15
min ok.
Drill 12-1/4 hole to 10m below Shoe @ 1411m then displace
to new mud.
CHC for two BTM/UP to check mud properties ok. Dump and
clean mud tanks.
Cont. drilling 12-1/4 hole to 1416m.
Drilling parameters till STB out of CSG shoe: (FR:2.5 m3,
WOB: 5-12, RPM:80-100).
Perform SCR form both pumps once every day.
Cont. drilling 12-1/4 hole to 1700m. Ream twice before each
connection.
CHC.
Flow check for 10 min.
Record P/U WT, S/O WT, rotation W/O pumping WT @ BTM.
 Wiper trip to 13-3/8 CSG shoe and RIH back to BTM. For O/P
more than 7T back ream till ok. Confirm hole free by elevator
only.
Service bit inside CSG shoe to clean, Circ. BTM/UP.
Wash last stand before tag BTM.
Service bit with 140 RPM, CHC.
For any WT check maintenance plan with senior mechanic
when bit inside CSG.
Be sure to clean flow line and bossom belly periodically
(every 2 hours) to prevent over flow.
Cont. drilling 12-1/4 hole to STD @1964m (confirm by
geologist). Ream twice before each connection.
Periodic Flow check due to abnormal P FM.
When stop drilling work pipe in open hole to avoid stuck.
Cotrol tripping speed to avoid surge and swab.
In case of bit balling (slow ROP & low torque) P/U and apply
bit jerking.
For Mud Eng: control ECD, reduce filter loss. And spot caustic
cleaning pill when bit in CSG shoe.
After each connection or trip break circulation with rate from
low to normal
Sweep hole to 10m3 HVP. Circulate hole clean, F/C. Record
P/U, S/O, rotation W/O pumping @ BTM.
Wiper trip to 13-3/8 CSG shoe and RIH back to BTM. O/P or
drag more than 7T ream till ok.
CHC. Spot HVP.
Drop BOHAI Multi-shot survey tool.
POOH to surface.
RIH with 9-8/8 CSG.
