Ref: Request to sit for a special examination in the unit EGE 2305 (GEODESY I).
As a result of my incapacitated nature from the night of 5 th December at around
2000hrs, I could not be able to sit for my Geodesy I examination set for 6 th
December between 1030hrs-1230hrs. I visited The Mater Hospital that fateful
morning at the capacity of an almost-giving-up-patient, having perennially suffered
from hyperacidity since a tender age- a condition that attacks at any given time
without expectations and requires constant medication to maintain a stable
condition.
After a series of tests run by the highly professional doctors at The Mater Hospital, I
am glad that they slightly managed to restore some normalcy in my system by
administering a series of medications. It is with the above reasons that I hereby
apply to sit for a special examination for the unit mentioned herein. Attached below
is a doctors brief note and an invoice of all the services received on that day. Thank
