RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, REY P. ABOY Filipino of legal age, with residence and postal
address at ____________________________________________by these present; do
hereby acknowledge receipt on this date the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Five Hundred Ninety Six and 55/100 Pesos Only (Php 13,596.55)
Philippine currency, to my full satisfaction by way of full payment and
complete settlement of my separation pay (if any), proportionate 13 th month
pay, wages, overtime pay, unused vacation leave credits, tax refund and ALL
compensation and benefits provided for by existing labor laws due or which
may be due me from my employer, CENTURY PEAK ENERGY CORPORATION,
said company arising out of my employment from the Company.

That for all legal intents and purposes, I am considered irrevocably

resigned from my job at CENTURY PEAK ENERGY CORPORATION effective at
the end of business hours of April 25, 2017 after having been paid all sums
due to me.

In consideration of said payment, I do hereby quitclaim, release,

discharge and waive any and all actions of whatever nature, expected, real
or apparent, which I have or may have against the Company, its directors,
officers, employees, agents, and representatives by reason of or arising from
the above. I will institute no action, whether civil, criminal, or administrative
against the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and
representatives in this regard. Any and all actions which I may have
commenced in this connection before any office, bureau, court or tribunal
against the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents and
representatives are hereby deemed and considered voluntary withdrawn by
me and I will no longer testify or continue to prosecute said action (s).

That I have executed and signed this document without being forced
nor influenced to do so, and that I have read the contents hereof and fully
understood the same.
