Thefalsenotionthatallreligionswhogivehomagetoadeityofanysortsomehowworshipthetrue"God"
butsimply"underanotherform"isonethatispresentlybeingpropagatedinorderleadtheChurchdownthe
smoothpathofapostasyinthenameofecumenism.

TheCatholicpositiononthisispreciselyopposedtothisproposition,whichissetforthbythemodernist
elementintheCatholichierarchytoday.

Objectively:

Fromapurelyobjectivepointofview,regardlessofthedoctrinalteachingprofessedbyMohammedansand
Catholics,itisevidentthatAlmightyGodistheGodoverboth.Godexists.Hisexistenceisnotdependent
ontheacknowledgementofmankindthatHeexists.NorisGod'sexistencedependentuponanyreligion.He
istheCreatorandtheProvidenceoftheUniverse:thewholeofcreation,theentirecosmos,ofallexisting
things,whethertheybeangels,humanbeings,animalsorplants,animateorinanimate.HeisalsotheSavior
andtheJudgeofthelivingandthedead,havingredeemedmankindandmustjudgeCatholicsand
Mohammedans,believersandatheists.Theirgodisbutanotherstrangegod.Oneveryessentialpoint
concerningthetrueGodandthenatureofthetrueGod,theMohammedanbeliefradicallyandseriously
conflictswiththeestablishedandrevealedDogmaoftheCatholicChurch.

Subjectively:

AgainfromapurelysubjectivethinkingtheMuslimsmightthinkandbelievewithafirmconfidencethat
theyareworshipingthetrueGod,"Allah"yettherealityisquitethecontraryasobjectivelyspeakingwecan
onlyaffirmthecontrary.ThispointisclearfromScripture"Whosoeverdoesnotcontinueinthedoctrineof
ChristdoesnothaveGod".IISt.Jn1:9

TheteachingandthebeliefsofCatholicismandMohammedanismaredifferentandcontrary.Theirconcept
of,andtheirapproachtoGod,divergeandconflict.CatholicsindeedacceptasdogmatictruththeHoly
Trinity,theIncarnationandtheDivinityofOurLordJesusChrist.Moslemsvehementlyandvociferously
denytheBlessedTrinity[2],theIncarnation[3],theCrucifixionofourDivineLordandtheDivinityof
Christ[4].TheMohammedanshavesuchacarnalnotionofheaventhatSt.Alphonsusdidnothesitateto
declare"TheMohammedanParadise,isonlyfitforbeastsforfilthysensualpleasureisallthebelieverhasto
expectthere."[5]

TheCatholicandChristianGodis'TheTrinity,'andourLordJesusChrist,thesecondPersonofthatTrinity,
istheCreatorandOnetrueandmercifulGod.Despitemonotheisticappearances,wedonothavethesame
Godwedonothavethesamemediator.Howthencanitbethat"togetherwithusthey(TheMoslems)
adoretheone,mercifulGod."[6]Thisisincredible!

TheCatholicTeaching:"WithoutfaithitisimpossibletopleaseGod."Heb.11:6

Mohammedansareinfidelsfor"broadlyspeaking,infidelsarethosewhodonotpossessthetruefaithwhile
inthestrictsenseinfidelsaretheunbaptized"[7].Theyaredividedintomonotheists(JewsandMoslems),
polytheists(Hindus,Buddhists,etc.),andatheists.

FromaCatholicperspectivetheIslamicworshipisanotherformoffalseworshipgiventoa"strangegod"for
aswereadinscripture"AllthegodsoftheNationsareIdols"IPara16:26

ItwouldbeblasphemoustodeclarethatthesefalsereligionsaretheworkingofGod.OntheContrary''all
faithfuldisciplesofJesusChristwellknowthatthefalsereligionsareonlyinstrumentsofthedevilto

PopePiusXlongagoputforwardthatthemodernistiftheytakelogicallytheredoctrine,wouldhaveno
groundsfordenyingtheMuslimsthere"experience"of"god"asbeingjustasvalidasthatofanother
"believer"andhencehestates:

"Hereitiswelltonoteatoncethat,giventhisdoctrineofexperienceunitedwiththatofsymbolism,every
religion,eventhatofpaganism,mustbeheldtobetrue.Whatistopreventsuchexperiencesfrombeing
foundinanyreligion?Infact,thattheyaresoismaintainedbynotafew.OnwhatgroundscanModernists
denythetruthofanexperienceaffirmedbyafollowerofIslam?[8b]

Whatapropheticinsight,PopePiusXwassoaccuratethatnoteventheModernistcametodenywhathe
stated,butonlyaffirmtheabovewithgreataudacity.

TheBaltimoreCatechism(No.3)statesasfollows:

Q.1148.HowdoweofferGodfalseworship?

A.WeofferGodfalseworshipbyrejectingthereligionHehasinstitutedandfollowingonepleasingto
ourselves,withaformofworshipHehasneverauthorized,approvedorsanctioned.

Islamclearlycomesunderthenotionoffalseworshipthat(objectivelyspeaking)isnotrendertoGod.

Thepsalmisttellsusthat"AlltheGodsoftheGentilesareDevils"(Psalm96:5)andhencetowhomdothey
rendertheirworship?TheScripturestellusclearly"Theyprovokedhimbystrangegods,andstirredhimup
toanger,withtheirabominations.TheysacrificedtodevilsandnottoGod:togodswhomtheyknewnot:
thatwerenewlycomeup,whomtheirfathersworshippednot."(Deut32:1617Cf.alsoBaruch4:7)

They"sacrificedtodevilsandnottoGod"regardlessofwhetherornottheymighthavebelievedtheywere
renderinghomagetotheTrueGod,therealityisquitethecontrary!Itisanerroneouspropositiontoqualifya
prayeraddressedtothedevilasauthenticprayer.

IslamisafalseReligion.AfalsereligionisanynonChristianreligion"insofarasitisnotthereligionthat
Godrevealedandwantstoseepracticed.Moreover,everynonCatholicChristiansectisfalseinsofarasit
neitheracceptsnorfaithfullypracticestheentirecontentofRevelation."[9]

Christtellsuswhothetrueworshipersshallbe:"Butthehourcomethandnowis,whenthetrueadorersshall
adoretheFatherinspiritandintruth."(Jn.4:23).

Thesewordsgodirectlyagainsttheterminologynowusedbythemodernisthierarchy.Theyspeakfroma
subjectivepositionwishingtodogmatizeand"opinion"whichgoesdirectlyagainstthemindoftheChurch
onthispoint.

Thisreligioussubjectivism,whichshehasalwayscondemnedunderthenamesofindifferentismor
latitudinarianism,andwhich"seekstojustifyitselfunderthepretendedclaimsofliberty,failingtorecognize
therightsofobjectivetruthwhicharemademanifesteitherbythelightsofreasonorbyRevelation."[10]

ThissubjectivismonlyleadstothatReligiousindifferentism,whichis"oneofthemostdeleteriousheresies"
andwhich"placesallreligionsonanequalfooting,"inevitablyleadsonetoconsiderthetruthofreligious
beliefasmerelyamatterofutilityforawellregulatedlife...."Oneendsbyconsideringreligionasan
entirelyindividualthingwhichcanbeadaptedtothedispositionsofeachone,lettingeveryoneformhisown
personalreligion,andbyconcludingthatallthereligionsaregoodeventhoughtheycontradicteachother."

TheChurchisnotconcernedwiththesubjectivedispositionsofmen.ThisisforGodtoJudge.TheChurchis
concernedwithobjectivefacts.Herjudgmentsareobjective.PopeSt.PiusX,forthisreasondeclaredthat
"thosewhodieasinfidelsaredamned."[11a]

1907InanswertoaquestionastowhetherConfuciuscouldhavebeensaved,wrote:Itisnotallowedto
affirmthatConfuciuswassaved.Christians,wheninterrogated,mustanswerthatthosewhodieasinfidels
aredamned.

Revelationisareality,afact,atruthaccreditedbyGodbysuresigns.ThisrevelationofGodcaninnoway
beplacedonthesamefootingasthoseerroneousbeliefsofinfidels.WemaysaythattheMohammedans
worshipafalsegod,thegodoftheirownmaking,whichadeviationfromtherightworshipofthetrueGod.

FurtherwemightrightlyaskwithSt.Paul,"HowthenshalltheycalluponHiminwhomtheyhavenot
believed?"Rom10:14

Althoughthemodernterminologyusedmightnotseemtobe"explicitlyheretical"inneverthelessleadsone
downthispathtoapostasy.Thisvagueterminology,whichhasbeenemployedtoputforwardanerroneous
notionofthefaithsothatwemaybedeceivedalongthepathofsyncretism.YvesMarsaudon,inhisbook
EcumenismasseenbyaTraditionalFreemason,commentedfavorablyontheecumenismthatwasnurtured
atVaticanII.Hesaid:

"CatholicsandespeciallytheconservativesmustnotforgetthatallroadsleadtoGod.Andtheywillhaveto
acceptthatthiscourageousideaoffreethinking,whichwecanreallycallarevolution,pouringforthfrom
ourMasoniclodgeshasspreadmagnificentlyoverthedomeofSaintPeters."[12]

ThisispreciselypathofdeceptiontowhichtheenemiesoftheChurchhopetodirecther.ForthisreasonSt.
PiusX,whocouldseewherethisdisorientationinpreciseterminologywasleading,requiredeverywouldbe
CatholicpriesttorecitethefollowingwordsatthefeetofhisOrdinary:

"Icondemnandrejectpremisesfromwhichitfollowsthatdogmasareeitherfalseordoubtful".[13]

TheCouncilofFlorence,clearlysetsdownthefournotesofheresyasfollows:

1)apertinaciousadherencetoteachingsexpresslycontradictorytothatwhichhasbeendefinedbytheChurch

2)anopinionopposedtoadoctrinenotexplicitlydefinedbytheChurchnorclearlyproposeddogmaticallyas
anarticleofFaith

3)apropositionthat,althoughnotdirectlycontradictorytotheFaith,nonethelessnecessarilyentailslogical
consequencesagainstitand

4)aspeculationwhichreachesacertaindegreeofprobabilityofbeingagainsttheFaith.

TheModernist'sinusingthesesubjectivetermstoformulatetheirerroneousnotionsthat"Wetogetherwiththe
MuslimsworshipthesameGod"godirectlyagainsttheabovestatementsoftheCouncilofFlorence.This
formulationworksdirectlyagainsttheChurchesdogma"OutsidetheChurchthereisNoSalvation"[14]

PopeLeoXIII,affirmsinhisencyclical"SatisCognitum":"Nothingismoredangerousthanthehereticswho,
whileconservingalmostalltheremainderoftheChurch'steachingintact,corruptwithasingleword,likea
dropofpoison,thepurityandthesimplicityofthefaithwhichwehavereceivedthroughtraditionfromGod
andthroughtheApostles."

AlthoughitistruetosaythatthereasonthatthoseoutsidetheChurcharenotsavedisnotpurelybecausethey
worshipafalse'god'neverthelessthereisstillaclearconnection.WhenChriststates,"Noonecomestothe
Fatherbutthroughme"(Jn.14:6),thispreciselymeans,ifyoudon'tpossesChrist,youcan'tpossestheFather
(God)forChrististhatdoortotheFather.HencewithoutChristthereisnosalvationfromGod.Therelationis
evident.AgainthisisconfirmedbySt.Irenaeuswhowrote,"Thus,withouttheHolySpirit,wecannotseethe
WordofGodandwithouttheSonnoonecangototheFather."[15a]

TheonlyauthenticprayeristrueprayeraddressedtothetrueGod.PopeLeoXIIIdeclareswithouthesitation
that"thefittinganddevoutworshipofGod,whichistobefoundchieflyinthedivinesacrificeandinthe
dispensationofthesacraments,aswellassalutarylawsanddiscipline...The(Catholic)Churchaloneoffersto
thehumanracethatreligion"[15b]

PopePiusXIdeclaresthesamesayingthat"Inher(theCatholicChurch)aloneisChristbelievedwithafaith
wholeandentire,worshipedwithsincerehomageofadoration,andlovedwiththeconstantflameofardent
Charity"[15c]

Whathappenedtothe1stCommandment?

IamtheLordthyGod...Thoushaltnothavestrangegodsbeforeme....Thoushaltnotadorethem,norserve
them..."(Ex.20:25).

IfallreligionsworshipthetrueGodbysimplyclaimingtobedoingso,thenonecouldnotviolatethe1st
Commandmentsinceallworshipofanygodwouldbetantamounttoworshipingthetrue"God"accordingto
thepostthemodernistelementinthehierarchy,yetthiswouldnotonlyrenderthe1stCommandmentobsolete
butmakeitseemasthoughGodhadgivenusandabsurdcommand.Goddoesnotcommandanythinginvain.

Thefirstcommandmentisnotoptional.Amancannotworshipinanywaythatwhichhedoesnotbelievein,for
theLawofPrayingdeterminesthelawofbelieving,andviceversa.IfMohammedansbelieveinaoneperson
deity,thatiswhattheyworship,andinnowaycanwelogicallyarguethattheyworshipwithustheHoly
Trinity.

Wearenotunfamiliarwiththenotionthatclaimsthattheyimplicitlyworshipthetrinity,yetwecannotmaintain
thisfromanobjectivestandpointforthesimplereasonthatwecannotholdthatoneworshipsimplicitlywhat
heexplicitlyrejects.

InourdayandageitisoftentooeasilyforgottenthatallnonCatholicworshipisoffensivetoGodandclearly
violatesthefirstcommandment.Thisisbecausethe"firstcommandmentmaybebrokenbygivingtoacreature
thehonorwhichbelongstoGodaloneorbyfalseworship."[16a]

TheChurchhasalwaysregardedtheworshipofNonCatholicsasmereactsofsuperstitionssince"therearefour
kindsofsuperstition,namely,illegitimateworshipofthetrueGod,idolatry,divination,andsuperstitious
practices.Thefirstconsistsinafalseworship,thoughappliedtothelivingGodforinstance,ifyouworship
Him(God)accordingtotheMosaiclaw,whichiscontrarytoallthepreceptsoftheGospelorifyouadopta
newreligioninoppositiontothedoctrineiftheuniversalChurch."[16b]Henceitisclearthat"anypublic
worshipofthetrueGod,outsidetheCatholicChurchconstitutesasuperstitiousworshipofGodasnoother
ChurchisauthorizedtogivepublicworshiptoGod.[16c]

Religionhasanintellectualfoundation,thatis,itisbasedonknowledge.Tobetruereligionitsbasismustbe
truth.Thebasismustbetruebothspeculativelyandpractically.Inotherwords,truereligionmustbebasedona
correctknowledgeofGodasexistingandworthyofallhonor,andofthemannerandobligationofworshipping
Him.Ontheotherhand,religionisfalseifwhatisnotGodisconsideredtobeGod,andworshippedasGod,or
ifthereiserrorintheworshipofthetrueGod.Therefore,Godisnottrulyworshippedwhenerroneoussignsare
usedinHisworship,asthoseoftheJews,orwhensuperfluousceremoniesareemployed,asbypagansand
mayheretics.[16d]

Althoughsubjectively,itisthevirtueofreligionwhichpromptsamantorendertoGodtheworshipand
reverencethatisHisbyright.[16e]

Itistobenotedthatanactbasedonafalsereligioncannotbereallyanactofvirtue.Foravirtuerequiresa
morallygoodwork.Butinthecult(worship)ofafalsegod,orinthefalseandsuperstitiousworshipofthetrue
God,therecanbenomoralgoodness,sincesuchworshipisopposedtorightreason.[16f]

St.PopePiusX,trulythePopeofourAge,couldseewheresuchabsurdreasonoftheModernistswasleading
theChurchasheaffirmed:

"...agreatmovementofapostasybeingorganizedineverycountryfortheestablishmentofaOne
WorldChurchwhichshallhaveneitherdogmas,norhierarchy,nordisciplineforthemind,norcurbforthe
passions,andwhich,underthepretextoffreedomandhumandignity,wouldbringbacktotheworldthereign
oflegalizedcunningandforce,theoppressionoftheweak,andofthosewhotoilandsuffer."[17a]

TrueecumenismwiththeMuslims

"Thosewhohavelearnedtheologywell,"saysSt.Basil,willnotallowevenoneiotaofCatholicdogmastobe
betrayed.Theywill,ifnecessary,willinglyundergoanykindofdeathintheirdefense."[17b]

Oneofthegreatestfraudspresentedtousbyagreatnumberofthecurrenthierarchyisthefalsenotionof
ecumenism,whichinrealityisnotecumenismbutsimple"syncretism"goingbythenameof"ecumenism.True
EcumenismrequiresallthoseoutsidetheChurchtocometotheArkofSalvationsothattheymaynotperish.

Trueecumenismcanbeeffectivelydefinedasfollows:

"TheunityofChristianscannototherwisebeobtainedthanbysecuringthereturnoftheseparatedtotheone
trueChurchofChristfromwhichtheyonceunhappilywithdrew.TotheonetrueChurchofChrist,wesay,that
standsforthbeforeallandthatbythewillofitsFounderwillremainforeverthesameaswhenHeHimself
establisheditforthesalvationofallmankind."[18]

ThishasbeentheconstantteachingoftheChurch.HolyMotherChurchhasalwaystaughtthattrueunity
cannotbeeffected,exceptbyaunityinfaithandgovernment.[19]

PopePiusIXcondemnedinhissyllabusoferrorsthefollowingfalsenotions:

"Everymanisfreetoembraceandprofessthatreligionwhich,guidedbythelightofreason,heshallconsider
true."(PropositionXV).

"Manmay,intheobservanceofanyreligionwhatever,findthewayofeternalsalvationandarriveateternal
salvation."(PropositionXVI).

Therealproblemwiththisfalseecumenism(whichleadtoindifferentism)isnotonlythefactthatCatholicsare
beingdeceivedbutinthesameprocesssoaretheinfidelsandnonbelieversandtheysadlycontinueonthe
roadtoperditionwithoutbeingtoldtorecanttheirerrors.

Catholicsoftenforgetthatthosefaithfullivingonearthcomeunderthetitleof"ChurchMilitant".Whatisa
CatholicwhodoesnotconfesshisfaithorworseyetaCatholicwhodoesnotbelievehisfaith?

St.PeterCanisiusputsitthisway:"WhoistobecalledaChristian?HewhoconfessesthedoctrineofChristand
HisChurch.Hence,heistrulyaChristianthoroughlycondemnsanddetests,theJewish,Mohammedan,andthe
hereticalcultsandsects."[20]

WhatdidSt.PeterMavimenustelltheMohammedans?Didhesay,"WeworshipthesameGod,alliswell"No!
Hetoldthemthetruth,heputitthiswaytothem"WhoeverdoesnotembracetheCatholicChristianreligion
willbedamned,aswasyourfalseprophetMohammed."[21]

AgainwereadthatBlessedNicholasTavilichwasjustassternasheopenlystates,"YouMohammedansareina
stateofeverlastingdamnation.YourKoranisnotGod'slawnorisitrevealedbyHim.Farfrombeingagood
thing,yourlawisutterlyevil.ItisfoundedneitherintheOldTestamentnorintheNew.Initarelies,foolish
things,buffooneries,contradictions,andmuchthatleadsnottovirtueandgoodnessbuttoevilandtoall
mannerofvice."[22]

St.AlphonsusatteststothefacthowtheHolyMonkSt.GoergeofSanSabaopenlyconfessedtothe
Mohammedans:"Buttheholymonk(St.GeorgeofSanSaba)havingdeclaredthatMahometwasadiscipleof
thedevil,andthathisfollowerswereinastateofperdition,healsowascondemned(tomartyrdom)withhis
companions."[23]

ThesamewereadinthetestimonyofthefivedisciplesofSt.FrancisofAssisi,whowhenreproachedbythe
followersofKoranforpreachingagainstMohammed,simplyrespondedbysaying"Wehavecometopreach
faithinJesusChristtoyou,thatyouwillrenounceMohammad,thatwickedslaveofthedevil,andobtain
everlastinglifelikeus"[23a]

FurtherwereadinthelifeofSt.JohnVianneyhowhestatedopenlytoaProtestantwhobelievedthathis
worshiprenderedtoGodshoulddohimjustaswellinhisProtestantSectasitwouldhaveintheCatholic
faith,TheSaintrespondedtohimwiththecontraryadvicesaying"Myfriend,therearenottwowaysof
servingOurLordthereisonlyonegoodway,anditistoserveHimasHewishestobeserved".[24]

Thisisthetruthwemustspeakincharityandhonestytotheselostsoulswhowithoutthegraceandredemption
ofChristcan'tbesavedforBynature,menare"childrenofwrath"(Eph.2:3)byHim,wehavebeenreconciled
withtheFather(Col.1:20),anditisonlybyfaithinHimthatwecanhavetheboldnesstoapproachGodwith
entireconfidence(Eph.3:12).ToHimwasgivenallpowerinheavenandonearth(Mt.28:18),andatHisname
everykneemustbend,inheaven,onearth,andundertheearth(Phil.2:10,11).NoonegoestotheFathersave
byHim(Jn.14:6),andthereisnoothernameunderheavengiventomanbywhichhemustbesaved(Acts
4:12).HeistheLightthatenlightenseverymanwhocomesintotheworld(Jn.1:9),andwhoeverdoesnot
followHimwandersindarkness(Jn.8:12).WhoisnotwithHimisagainstHim(Mt.13:30),andwhodoesnot
honorHimalsodishonorsHisFatherwhosentHim(astheJewsdo)(Jn.5:23).

Christsays,"DoyouthinkIcametobringpeaceonearth?NoItellyoubutdivision?"Withthetruth,division
mustcome.ThisshouldnotdisheartenthemanofGodfor"IfGodisforus,whoisagainstus"Rom8:31

SalvationandIgnoranceHethatdothnotbelieveisalreadyjudged."Jn,3:18Mk16:16

Primarilyitisimportanttowekeepinmindthatnooneissavebyignorance,ifanythingwemustboldlyaffirm
theveryopposite.PopeSt.PiusXclearlyaffirmsthissaying:Weareforcedtoagreewiththosewhohold
thatthechiefcauseofthepresentindifferenceand,asitwere,infirmityofsoul,andtheseriousevilsthatresult
fromit,istobefoundaboveallinignoranceofthingsdivine.Andso,OurPredecessorBenedictXIVhadjust
causetowrite:Wedeclarethatagreatnumberofthosewhoarecondemnedtoeternalpunishmentsufferthat
everlastingcalamitybecauseofignoranceofthosemysteriesoffaithwhichmustbeknownandbelievedin
ordertobenumberedamongtheelect.[25]

St.ThomasAquanisStates"ButthroughunbeliefmanisseparatedmostfromGod:becausehehasnotrue
knowledgeofGod.NorcananyoneinanywayknowGodwhoholdsafalseopinionofHim"[26]

AlthoughtheChurchmakesadistinctionbetweenvoluntaryinfidelsinwhichoneknowinglyrejectsthefaith
andinvoluntaryinfidelsinwhichtheoffenderisignorantofthetruefaith.

Thosewhoarenotguiltyofthesinofinfidelity,butcommitothergrievoussins,areallthoseunbaptized
personswhoneverhadanopportunityofknowingthetruereligion,orofbecomingawareoftheobligationof
seekingandembracingit,butwhodonotliveuptothedictatesoftheirconscience.Thisclassofinfidelswillbe
lost,notonaccountoftheirinfidelity,whichwasnosinforthem,butonaccountofothergrievoussins,which
theycommittedagainsttheirconscience."Forwhosoeverhavesinnedwithoutthelaw,"saysSaintPaul,"shall
perishwithoutthelaw."[27]

Infact,theinfidelswhoarenotlostbecauseofthesinofincredulity,thatis,bythesinofnothavingbelievedinChristabout

FurtherFr.MichaelMller,C.SS.Rindealingwiththeissuestates:"AMohammedanistaughtbyhisconsciencethatitwouldbe
acrimetobelieveinJesusChrist,andnotbelieveinMahometwillthisimpiousconsciencesavehim?TheScriptureassuresus
that'thereisnoothernamegiventomenunderheavenbywhichwecanbesaved,'butthenameofJesusonlyand'hethat
believethnottheSonshallnotseelife,butthewrathofGodremainethonhim."[28]

Thisshouldnotsurpriseussince"whatcanbemorecontrarytoreasonthantobeaninfidelandnotcaretobeunderthesentence
ofeternaldamnation"[29]Yesitiswhollyagainstreasontoplaceourfaithinthetestimonyofadeceiverandmurderas
Mohammedmanifestedhimselftohavebeen.ForthisreasonSt.Thomassays"thosewhoplacefaithinhis(Mohammed's)words
believefoolishly"[30]

AttendanceatIslamicandNonCatholicWorship

Theabomination,whichtheChurchhashadfromtheverybeginningforassociationofCatholicsintheworshipofNon
Catholics[31],isevidentfromthewordsofSt.John"Ifanyonecomestoyouanddoesnotbringthisdoctrine,donotreceivehim

Suarez(oneofthegreatestamongsttheJesuitstheologians)affirmsthatthereasontheApostlegivesforthisprohibitionis
verifiedinreligiouscommunicationespecially,becausehe,whouniteshimselfwiththoseoutsidetheChurchinreligious
worship,communicatesintheirwickedworks.[32]

ACatholicwhocommunicatesformallyintheworshipofNonCatholicssinsgrievouslyagainstthevirtueofReligion,asafalse
exerciseofit.[33]Forthisreason"Oneisneverallowedtocooperateformallyinsomethingwhichisintrinsicallywrong
objectively."[34]

St.Augustine,thegreatChampionofCatholicorthodoxy,reprovesbothactualandsimulatedcommunicationinnonCatholic
worship.InalettertoSt.JeromehestatesthatonewhoobservestheritesofJews,orGentiles,notonlytruly,butevenfictitiously,
hasfallenintotheabyssofthedevil.[35]

ThemindoftheChurchonthispointwasenshrinedinoldCodeofCanonLaw(1917),whichstatedthat:"Itisnotpermittedat
allforthefaithfultoassistinanyactivemanneratortohaveanypartintheworshipofnonCatholics."[36]

Allsubsequentmoraltheologyworkshavesimplyreiteratedthesamepoint.[37]

PiusXIindealingwiththisissuethatwassovehementinhisowndayhadonlythefollowingtosay"Certainlysuchmovements
asthesecannotgaintheapprovalofCatholics.Theyarefoundeduponthefalseopinionsofthosewhosaythat,sinceallreligions
equallyunfoldandsignifythoughnotinthesamewaythenative,inbornfeelinginusallthroughwhichwearebornetoward
GodandhumblyrecognizeHisrule,therefore,allreligionsaremoreorlessgoodandpraiseworthy.Thefollowersofthistheory
arenotonlydeceivedandmistaken,butsincetheyrepudiatethetruereligionbyattackingitinitsveryessence,theymovestep
bysteptowardnaturalismandatheism.Henceitclearlyfollowsthatanyonewhogivesassenttosuchtheoriesandundertakings
utterlyabandonsdivinelyrevealedreligion."[38]

TheChurchcanneverlawfullygranttoCatholicspermissiontoparticipateformallyinnonCatholicworship.Indealingthose
whoclaimtheyhavebeengivenecclesiasticalpermissiontoparticipateintheceremonialritesofnonCatholicsFr.Michael
Mullerinhiswellknownwork,"GodtheTeacherofManKind"aptlyanswersthequestionbystating"Neitheranypriestnor
bishop,nay,noteventhePope,cangiveyoupermissiontoviolateanyofthecommandments."[39]

IthasbeenrashlystatedtheMohammedansandotherinfidelsadorethesameGod"togetherwithus"[40]
yetnotonlyisthisundoubtiblyoffensivetoCatholicdoctrine(aswehaveshownabove)butitshowsforth
anignoranceofIslamicnotionofGodandtheirabsurddoctrines.Mohammedansdon'tpraytotheirgod,
togetherwithus,theypraytotheirfalsegodagainstus!TheQuranisexplicitonthispointasitopenly
states:"TheChristianssay:TheMessiahisthesonofAllahthesearethewordsoftheirmouthstheyimitate
thesayingofthosewhodisbelievedbefore,mayAllahdestroythem,howtheyhaveturnedaway."[41]

UltimatelywecandonobetterthanassumetoourselvestheadviceoftheApostleoftheGentiles(St.Paul)himself"Bearnotthe
yokewithunbelievers.Forwhatparticipationhathjusticewithinjustice?Orwhatfellowshiphathlightwithdarkness?And
