How to connect to a Laptop

How to play PowerPoint presentations PowerPoint 2002/2003
1. Once you have connected your laptop to the Pocket Projector, on yor laptop open your PowerPoint presentation
2. On the Slide show menu, click Set Up Show
3. Under Multiple Monitors, select the Show Presenter View check box
4. In the Display Slide Show on list, select Monitor 2
5. Launch the slide show
6. Use your keyboard cursor keys or mouse track roller to switch between slides

How to play PowerPoint presentations PowerPoint 2007


1. Once you have connected your laptop to the Pocket Projector, on yor laptop open your PowerPoint presentation
2. On the Slide show tab:
a. Change Resolution to 640x480
b. Change Show Presentation On to Monitor 2
c. Select Use Presenter View
3. Launch the slide show
4. Use your keyboard cursor keys or mouse track roller to switch between slides

How to convert files to the correct playable format


1. Insert Arcsoft Media Converter disc (supplied with Pocket Projector) into your computer, run the .exe file, and install
the Arcsoft Media Converter when prompted the program now permanently on your computer
2. Start Arcsoft Media Converter
3. Select Add file
4. Browse to the image, video or audio file to be converted, select the file and press Open
5. Open all the files to be converted
6. Select the folder icon next to Local Directory, find a location for the new file to be saved and press Ok
7. Select Start
8. The file will take a few moments to convert, once it is complete you will get a confirmation of the conversion
click close
