Fault Form

In this report I will provide explanation for maintaining hardwares starting with
the consultancy side one will have to pay the consultant for advice and support.
This charge will be classed in under the diagnostic fee i.e. for fixing hardware
systems consultants charge you for verbal help. The organisation of the
consultants should be accurate and the people consulting the clients must be
qualified and skilled with their experience otherwise this could cause to many
casualties such as wrong data/information and destruction to the hardware
system. They may even miss out on valid points and criterias that must be
covered else problems may occur further Maintaining your own system is good
because one upgrades the old system to a new one e.g. Pc1 1 gig ram windows
XP 1 gig CPU 80 gig hard drive transferring it to Pc2 2 gig ram DVD rom win 7 1
gig CPU 80 gig hard drive. Making these installations provides windows 7. Using
a newer system has benefits to the hardware because they contain latest
updated servers will be improved in stance of speed and extra features.

The labour costs are a different type of aid for hardware system updating
because the helpers are physically working on the hardware unit. The labourer
must be qualified highly for the work that he/she will be tasked to cover else
corruption may lead to the system and can cause failure to the computer /
hardware system. The help should be from a professional to seek for the best
production on updating the hardware.

The old system is good because the cost rate is low whereas the newer version
may be more in price in terms but the newer versions come with warranty and
most likely better features.

The benefits of installing your own hardware system are your self-cautiousness
and care as one would value their own PC system more than others. You must
know what correct methods and alterations you have to process otherwise the
negatives could ruin the system and cause the expected fatalities. If you had the
knowledge to repair your own system that would reduce the costs and save you
money from hiring a labourer and consultant. Looking after it yourself will
decrease the chances of your computer being faulty.

HI MARCUS I HAVE ONLY COVERED PASS CRITERIAS PLEASE GIVE ME A CHANCE

OF RESUBMISSION ;)

Merits

You must take care for prevention of:

static dangers from the power system to avoid these issues you should look out
for dangers that are possible such as water damage and dangers to components
in the circuit board this will be classed as mishandling. To prevent these issues,
you could wear an anti-static band also make sure the computer power lead is off
when you are about to make changes to the inside of the computer.

Reasons to maintain tech:

Benefits and implications of installing and maintaining hardware

Benefits;

Reduce costs

Improve performance e.g. efficiency and effectiveness

To improve / maintenance and costs

Know why we maintain tech system e.g.

To prevent faults occurring and/or to repair faults

To upgrade internal components e.g., processor memory and / or storage, to

improve

Performance

To upgrade external hardware devices to improve performance

To change system functionally e.g. to network the technology system or allow

printing / scanning
