Statement of Cost: A statement of cost is a detailed listing of products and services to complete a job or project
by the contractor or vendor. Each Statement of Cost must include the actual cost of all products and services.
Statements of Cost must be submitted to the representative who facilitates the planning and development of the
entity or project to be considered and to receive payment.
Contracts: All contractors and vendors must submit a signed contract for services and each contract must be
signed by the Trustees of S P & I before work can begin. Each contract must have disclosure forms, cost
estimate of works or services to be performed, a method of service, warranties and guarantees w/ insurance.
Disclosure Form: Disclosure forms are enclosed with the contract regarding any trade secrets and confidential
information as they relate to competition for bids and contracts.
Cost Estimate Form: Details the cost of materials and labor to complete or begin construction of a building or
project.
Method of Service: Details the method of works to be performed and completed which includes time of
completion, stages of completion including provisions.
Warranties and Guarantees: Details any warranties and guarantees of works and products used to complete the
contraction of entities or projects.
Insurance: All vendors and contractors must have adequate liability and workers compensation insurance before
working with S P & I.
Permits and Licenses: All contractors and vendors must have permits and licensures to complete all works and
projects before working with S P & I.
List of Employees and Contractors: S P & I require a periodic listing of employees, vendors and contractors
who will be on the premises of any property of S P & I or owners of any building or land construction and
projects including when the employees, vendors and contractors are to be on the premises.
Specifications: Plans and designs of the building and land including descriptive details of the land and
structures with dimensions.
