Subject: Issuance of clarifying the comments given on the FAT report

It is to be recalled that you have submitted payment certificate of Chint Electric Co.Ltd Company for
supply of Substation Equipment.

The Equipments which are 132kv protection and control panels for MENDI-GIDAMI Substation and
Substation Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) panel for WUKRO Substation were previously tested from
12 Oct. up to 16 Oct 2015. In addition to the above listed Equipments there were some Equipments
listed under remark during this test date. Therefore please confirm that the comments have been
resolved.
