Additional Tips for UPSR English

(013/014)

Here are some additional tips to the

marking of UPSR English Paper 1 and # no marks
Paper 2 for the references. # rejecting request is an incorrect
answer (depends on the text and
013 /023 (Paper 1) question)
Section A
# computer checked # NO (is not a good answer. Depends on
# blacken neat and tidy the text as well)
# use 2B pencil # better teach pupils to answer YES
# blacken carefully according to the than NO

# Dont use negative statements or
Section B informal language
Question 21 # IF pupils answer YES or NO (1 mark)
# Format unchanged but layout may be # Another mark for good reasons and
