“Tween the House and the Pool” is
definitely not your little kid’s playhouse. This
stylized, 80 square foot playhouse – with an
8 foot high open ceiling - provides the perfect
hangout for your tween. The yellow and blue
décor combines classic comfort with a bit of
whimsy to please even the most fickle of tastes.
Tweens can relax inside, or lounge on the modular
patio, with nearby mosaic pools perfect for
dipping toes.
Framed on two sides by the innovative
Nanawall® system, allowing the indoor and
outdoor areas to become one (and transparency
for watchful parents), this sophisticated playhouse
also features a 32” flatscreen TV and LED lighting
controlled by an Apple TV media player.
This modern playhouse was inspired by CHOC’s
new tower, currently being built on the hospital’s
main campus and featuring leading design and
safety principles, as well as advanced technology.
