Summary
Hermosa Beach real estate activity picked up in May as total sales improved 29.41%, the median sales price increased 24.11%,
the sales-listing ratio climbed 41.34%, and the median days to sell dropped 4%. Net listings decreased by a marginal 8.33%.
Year-over-year months of inventory data point declined 25% from May 2016 to 2017.

In May, C.A.R. reported Following a strong first quarter start, California home sales lost momentum in April, while the
median home price accelerated to a near-10-year high.
