Summary
Lots of real estate investment in the Torrance market in May as total sales increased 12.5%, the median sales price bumped 3.3%,
the sales-listing ratio improved 20%, and the median days to sell dropped 8.3%. Net listings decreased 6.2%. Year-over-year
months of inventory metric declined 50% from May 2016 to 2017.

In May, C.A.R. reported Following a strong first quarter start, California home sales lost momentum in April, while the
median home price accelerated to a near-10-year high.
