Title: The Energy Group opens new location in Ethiopia

Little Falls, NJ The Energy Group, a leading manufacturer of emission control and
fuel savings devices, today announced the opening of of new ofices in Ethopia, with
operations expected to commence starting March 2017.

The new facility will be managed by Mr Afework Tegegne Demisse, formerly

association with Volvo Aviation and Vehicles, and will be our first office located in the
African region, said Dr. George J. Molteni, Chairman of the Energy Group.

The company will be known as Technology Transfer Ethopia (TTRE) and the Energy
Group is offering a 10% discount for all purchases made from this location until
December 31, 2017.
