I.T.S.

international is a Japanese private-label clothing and accessory manufacturer founded in


2009 by Flandre (an apparel manufacturer), Sumikin Bussan (a trading company) and three other
companies. In addition to designing and manufacturing its own line, I.T.S. also has a chain of
retail stores, the first of which opened in the heart of Tokyos Harajuku fashion district in February
2010. As of May 2012, there were 13 I.T.S. Stores in operation.

Flandre Co. Ltd.is an apparel manufacturer. Flandre is one of the leading Japanese companies
manufacturing and selling ladies' and children's clothing. Flandre has about 600 shops in Japan.
Flandre employs 3,000 people and made sales of approximately USD 600 million in 2009. Flandre also
operates restaurant management business. The company focuses on consumer discretionary,
mainly on apparel & textile products. The current chairman of Flandre Co. Ltd. is Hidetoshi Kurita.

Sumikin Bussan Corporation was founded in 1941 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Sumikin
Bussan Corporation operates as a trading company in Japan and internationally. It engages in
marketing and import/export of steel, industrial supply and infrastructure, textiles, foodstuffs, and
others. The company processes and sells steel pipes and tubes, welded pipes and tubes, large-
diameter pipes, fittings, and others; steel sheets, including hot and cold-rolled coils, coated steel
sheets, steel plates, electromagnetic steel sheets, and others; construction materials, such as H-
shapes, sheet piles, and others; bars, wire rods, bars in coils, cold finished steel bars, wire products,
and others; structural steel, alloy steel, and others; other steel materials and products, stainless
steel, and titanium; and raw materials, such as pig iron, scrap, direct-reduced iron, ferroalloys,
petrochemical products, coal, sand, and others. It also processes and sells industrial supply
products, such as machinery and facilities for steel production, general industrial machinery, and
cast and forged steel products; and nonferrous raw materials, nonferrous milled products, carbon
fiber, and meramix products. In addition, the company develops, sells, and operates industrial
parks; engages in the generation of electric power; and offers railroad car components. Further, it
produces and sells textile products comprising raw cotton yarns, and woven and knitted textiles;
outerwear and innerwear for men, women, and children; infant's wear, school uniforms,
sportswear, work wear, and sleep wear; and interior goods, accessories, and others. Additionally,
the company procures and sells meat, including beef, pork, chicken, etc.; fishery products
comprising shrimps, crabs, etc.; agricultural processed foods, such as sweet corn, french fried
potato, etc.; agricultural products, including pumpkins, carrots, etc.; and other foodstuffs and
processed foods. Sumikin Bussan employs around 1,000 people and made sales of approximately USD
12 billion in 2009. They are one of the leading companies in developing RFID solutions for businesses and
started distribution for Impinj, Inc. RFID products in Japan. But, as of October 1, 2013, Sumikin Bussan
Corp. was acquired by Nippon Steel Trading Co., Ltd. Also, Sumikin Bussan Corp. does not have
