Trainees Profile (Overall profile of the entire group):


The group consist of 26 trainees of which one (1) is female and 19 are male. There is one (1) trainee who is employed full time. It has been noted that 50% of the group are visual and
tactile learners whilst the other 50% are verbal, visual and tactile learners. The educational level for the trainees vary from some having eight CSEC subjects and some have less than
five CSEC Subjects. For this unit, trainees have no prior experience in tile laying, thus a revision and experimental approach will be taken to determine level of competence.
