CERTIFICATION OF TRUST FOR THE

BLUE DIAMOND PROPERTIES RETIREMENT TRUST

1. The Grantor of the Blue Diamond Properties Retirement Trust (the Trust) is John Doe Consulting, LLC.

8. Title to assets in the Trust shall be taken as follows:

9. In addition, for titling purposes, any description referring to the Trust shall be effective if it includes the name of the Trust, the
name of at least one initial or successor Trustee, and any reference indicating that property is being held by a Trustee in a fiduciary
capacity.
10. The Trustee under the trust agreement is authorized to acquire, sell, convey, encumber, lease, borrow, manage and otherwise deal
with interests in real and personal property in the Trusts name. In addition, the Trustee has the power to:
a. Enter into Bank transactions, execute related documents, and pay related Bank fees, interest, charges or commissions.
b. Withdraw or transfer Trust assets from any Bank.
c. Deposit and hold Trust funds in interest bearing/non-interest bearing accounts for the Trust.
d. Enter into electronic fund transfers related to Trust funds, loan payments, safe deposit box, and cash management
arrangements.
e. Deposit funds and maintain Trust property with any Bank in amounts greater than the maximum FDIC coverage without
collateralization from the Bank(s).
f. Borrow money from any Bank, either alone or jointly with others, for any purpose, and repay the debt with Trust assets.
g. Secure with any Trust assets, any obligation of the Trust to any Bank.
h. Guaranty or pledge any Trust asset as collateral to secure any obligation of the Trust to the Bank and pay any sum due
under any such guaranty or pledge with any Trust asset, and to secure any such guaranty with any Trust asset.
i. Subordinate any debt or obligation owed to the Trust to any debt or obligation owed to any Bank and to subordinate any
lien or security interest held by the Trust to any lien or security interest held by any Bank.
j. Appoint an Attorney-in-Fact to engage in any of the transactions listed above as a trustee power.
k. Exercise such other trustee powers as may be conferred from time to time by law.
11. The Trustee of the Trust certifies that all actions taken by the Trustee relating to a loan or line of credit from any Bank and to the
collateral, are authorized by the Trust and are a valid and permissible Trust purpose. To the best of the Trustees knowledge, there
are no claims, challenges of any kind or causes of action alleged, contesting the validity of the Trust or the Trustees authority to act
for the Trust.
12. The Blue Diamond Properties Retirement Trust has not been revoked, modified or amended in any way that would cause the
representations in this Certificate of Trust to be incorrect. No party shall have any responsibility to interpret the terms of the Trust,
even if that party has received a copy of the Trust Agreement or any amendment.
13. The Trustee agrees to provide reasonable advance notice to any Bank or other party with which the Trust has dealings, of any
amendments made to the Trust, any change in trustees, or any other event that might affect any right, duty or authorization of any
person, with respect to the Trust.
