Summary
Redondo Beach real estate activity in June produced a 19.5% increase in total sales, a 21.7% improvement in net listings, and a
10% drop in median days to sell. However, the median sales price dropped $113,675 or 10.6% while the sales-listing ratio fell 1.9%
month-over-month. Year-over-year months of inventory data point showed a net 0% change from June 2016 to 2017.

In May, C.A.R. reported Californias housing market rebounded in May as existing home sales and median home price
recorded strong gains on both a monthly and annual basis, a trend in every major region of the state.
