1. Download KEEKOON from App Store for iOS device or from
Googles Play Store for Android device. For easy installation,
please scanning the QR code to download and install KEEKOON .
If your android device could not access Googles Play store,
please download the apk file from our website directly.

2.Tap on + to add your new camera. Click Add new online cameras ,
and enter cameras UID and password to add camera.

3.There are 2 ways to enter the cameras UID quickly, by scanning the
QR code on the camera and search the cameras in LAN. Click Scan to
initiate the scan and click Search to search the cameras in LAN.

4. Enter the camera's name and P2P password. By default the P2P password
is 8888 . After click OK , the camera will be added successfully.

5. Select the camera you've just added to start viewing live video
and tap on the black area to launch the control panel.
We strongly recommend you to change the default password.

You could turn on or off the IR LED manually by clicking this button.
The IR LED's status will take effect when you are viewing the live video.
After you go back to camera list page, the status will be restored.

microphone button to start speaking as a interphone.

Set up Camera - Wi-Fi
1. Press the gear icon in the camera list to start configuring your camera.

2. The camera will start scanning for Wi-Fi connections. Select your
Wi-Fi network ID (SSID). Enter the password for the Wi-Fi connection.

3. When the Wi-Fi is successfully configured, you can now disconnect
the network cable from your camera and start using your camera as
a wireless device.
*Notice: Please wait for at least 30s (maximum to 1 minute) for Wi-Fi
mode to be completely functional.

4. After set up Wi-Fi, we could set up SD card recording mode.

5. Set up Alarm config to enable motion detection alarm.

View in Windows Web Browsers
1. Run IP Camera Search Tool in CD's Windows folder. Click Search and
double click the camera item listed in the camera list.

2. The default web browser will try to login the camera automatically.
The default username is admin . There is no password by default, so leave
the password field blank.
3. Download web browser plug-in and install it to support playing live
video in Windows web browsers. Please ignore system warning ,when
downloading or installing the plug-in.

4. After installing the plug-in, choose Browser plug-ins mode to get live
video.

View in Windows CMS Software
1. Install Centralized monitoring software in CD . Then launch
IPCMultiView on your desktop. Once the software lanuched, it will ask
you a username and password to login the software. The default
username is admin, there is no default password, please leave it blank.

2. Once logged in the software, please click the ip camera button or

IPCamera Setup to add a new camera to this software.

3. If you want to search the camera in LAN, please click the magnifier
icon to search the camera in LAN . Or you could click + icon to add the
camera manually by its P2P UID or IP address.

4. After searching the camera in LAN, please select the corresponding

camera and click OK .

5. Select the connecting mode and enter the login information of the
camera. P2P mode support view the camera from Internet, IP address
mode do not need Internet support.

FAQ
1. Why does my computer or security software say the software
is dangerous and it is a virus?
A: The software will detect device in your network, and it seems
like a virus. Please ignore the warning and continue.
2. How can I reset the camera to factor y settings?
A: Please press the reset button under the camera for about 5-10
seconds until the camera's indicator turned off. Please make sure
the power supply is connected when you are doing it.
3. Why does the camera always ask for username and password, or
it says Incorrect User?
A: The camera's default username is admin, and the default password
is N/A, that means you just need leave it blank. If you forget your
username or password, you can reset the camera to factory settings
to get the default username and password.
4. Why can not get live video in web browser?
A: Please download and install plug-in before get live video. If still no live
video, check whether the plug-in enabled in your web browser? If it is a
Win10 PC, please login the camera with IE and Firefox instead of Edge.
5. Can I turned off IR LED manually?
A: Yes, you can turn it off in the setting following the instruction
below. Go to "Setting">>"Advance Config">>"IR-LED Config",
then you can adjust the sensitivity or turn off the IR light.
6. Will this camera function properly if you set it inside of a
window to record outdoors?
A:Yes if left in the day position only. The night camera light will
glare off the window and block vision. Also sun glare can affect
camera sight.
7. Why I could not download the App from Google Play?
A:Please login our website to download and install the Android

1. KEEKOON downloaden und installieren. Bei iOS-System kann
man im Apple Store herunterladen und die App vom Android
System suchen Sie bitte in Google Play Store.Fr eine einfache
Installation scannen Sie bitte die folgenden zwei QR-Codes, um
KEEKOON herunterzuladen. Falls Ihr Handy keine Verbindung

2. Tippen Sie auf + , um Ihre neue Kamera hinzuzufgen. Klicken Sie
auf Hinzufgen bereits Netzwerkkameras und geben Sie Kamera
UID und Ihr Passwort ein, um die Kamera hinzuzufgen.

3. Es gibt 2 Mglichkeiten die UID der Kamera im Netz schnell zu finden,

einmal durch Scannen des QR-Codes auf der Kamera oder durch Search .
Klicken Sie auf Scannen, um den Scanvorgang zu starten oder klicken
Sie Suchen , um die Kamerasim Netz finden.

4. Geben Sie den Namen der Kamera und das P2P-Passwort ein.
Standardmig ist das P2P-Passwort8888 . Nach Klicken auf Besttigen
wird die Kamera erfolgreich hinzugefgt.

5. Whlen Sie die Kamera, welche Sie gerade hinzugefgt haben,

um die Ansicht Live-Video zu ffnen und tippen Sie auf den
schwarzen Bereich, um die Systemsteuerung zu starten.

Schwenk-/ Gleiten Sie mit Ihrem Finger auf die Videoschnittstelle,

Konfigurieren der Kamera.
1. Drcken Sie das Kamera-Symbol in der Kameraliste fr ca. 3 Sekunden
umdie Konfiguration zu starten.

2. Die Kamera wird den Scanvorgang fr Wi-Fi-Verbindungen starten.

Whlen Sie ein Wi-Fi Netzwerk ID (SSID). Geben Sie das Kennwort fr die
Wi-Fi-Verbindung ein. Anmerkung: Nach dem Speichern, wenn die
Kamera in einem WLAN-Netzwerk ist, wird die Kamera die aktuelle
Verbindung trennen, um neue WIFI-Netzwerke zu suchen. Dies wird
dazu fhren, dass die Kamera-App fr ca. 1 Minute vorbergehend offline ist.

3. Wenn das WiFi erfolgreich konfiguriert wurde, knnen Sie nun das
Netzwerkkabel von der Kamera trennen und starten Sie die Kamera
als Wireless-Gert.
*Hinweis: Bitte warten Sie mindestens 30 Sekunden (maximal 1 Minute)
bis WiFi-Modus voll funktionsfhig ist.

4. Aufnahme-Funktion mit SD Karte: Stellen Sie bitte den

Aufzeichnungsmodus und Gre des Bildes ein.

5. Alarmkonfiguration: Bewegungserkennung Anoder Aus

schalten und Alarminter vall einstellen.

1. Legen Sie einfach die CD in das optische Laufwerk Ihres Computers.
Suchen Sie im angezeigten Fenster nach der Datei IP Camera.SearchTool.
Doppelklicken Sie auf die Datei, um das Installationsprogramm zu ffnen.

2. DerWeb-Browser wird versuchen die Kamera anzumelden. Der

Standard-Benutzername ist admin. Es gibt standardmig kein
Passwort. Lassen Sie das Kennwortfeld leer.

1. Warum wird mein Computer oder die Sicherheitssoftware
anzeigen, dass die Software gefhrlich ist und es sich um ein
Virus handelt?
Neue Software, die der PC nicht kennt, wird hufig als Virus
angezeigt. Bitte ignorieren Sie die Warnung und fortsetzen.
2. Warum kann das Suchwerkzeug die Kamera nicht erkennt?
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das Netzwerkkabel angeschlossen ist
und schalten Sie Firewall- und Sicherheitssoftware auf dem
Computer aus. Und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kamera an den
Router angeschlossen ist und nicht an den Computer.

3. Warum fragt die Kamera immer nach Benutzername und Passwort
odermeldetfalschen Benutzer?

Bitte laden und installieren Sie Plug-in fr Live-Video. Falls Sie immer noch
kein Live-Video sehen, bitte prfen Sie, ob das Plug-in im Browser aktiviert ist.
5. Wie kann ich die Kamera auf Werkseinstellungen zurcksetzen?
Bitte drcken Sie die Reset-Taste unter oder an der Kamera fr etwa 3-5

l'Apple Store, Android systme cherche Google Play. Pour une
installation facile, s'il vous plat scanner le code suivant deux
dimensions tlchargement P2PLiveCam install. Si votre appareil
ne peut pas se connecter Google Play, s'il vous plat scanner lecode
deux dimensions ci-dessous

2. Cliquez sur le " + " pour ajouter un nouvel appareil photo. Cliquez
pour ajouter des camras rseau dans l'appareil photo ajouter
des pages, ajouter une camra combler UID ou mot de passe.

3.Il y a deux sortes de faons d'entrer rapidement l'UID de la camra:

A , pa r l e c t u re d e c o d e s d e u x d i m e n s i o n s s u r l a c a m r a ,
B, par le biais des camras de recherche LAN.

4. Indiquez le nom de la camra et mot de passe P2P. Le mot de passe par
dfaut est 8888 P2P ,confirment cliquez sur OK. Camra ajout avec succs. Les
changements proposs aprs que vous avez mis en place le mot de passe d'accs
au P2P de la camra de l'appareil photo.

5. Aprs que la camra s'affiche en ligne, cliquez sur la camra que

vous ajoutez juste pour regarder la vido en direct, cliquez sur l'cran
vido peut tre tourn sur le panneau de contrle vido.

Configuration de votreappareil photo
1. Cliquez le liste des articles de la camra pendant environ trois secondes,
tourner la page de configuration avance du camscope, la note: va
vrifier votre mot de passe lorsque vous mettez l'appareil photo volues
de gestion de configuration.(Ie camra Web page de gestion mot de passe
administrateur compte de connexion).

2. Modifiez la connexion camra WIFI. Slectionnez "configuration de la connexion

WIFI", l'appareil photo affichera peut tre utilis dans les hotspots Wi-Fi. Slectionnez
le nom de votre rseau Wi-Fi(SSID), entrez le mot de passe Wi-Fi, appuyez sur
la touche Entre pour vous connecter. Remarque: Aprs avoir enregistr, si l'appareil
est dans un tat de rseau WIFI, la camra se dconnecte la connexion en cours pour
essayer nouveau rseau WIFI, cela entranera la camra App temporairement dconnect
pendant environ 1 minute.

1. PC excutant.IP camera Search Tool (dossier de fichiers Windows sur le CD),
double-cliquez sur les projets de camras numrs dans la liste de la camra

2. Navigateur Web va essayer de connecter l'appareil photo. Le nom

d'utilisateur par dfaut est admin, aucun mot de passe par dfaut(vide)
3. Tlcharger et installer un plug-in de navigateur Web, supporte la lecture
de la vido en direct dans le navigateur Web Windows. Lorsque vous
tlchargez ou installez des plug-ins, slectionnez la fiche vous permet
d'installer et d'excuter.

1. Pourquoi mon ordinateur ou un logiciel de scurit affiche
que le logiciel est dangereux, c'est un virus?
A: Le logiciel dtecte vos camras rseau et de visionnage de la
vido va installer un plug-in de navigateur, il n'y a pas d'autre
impact sur votre PC.
2. Pourquoi ne pas rechercher outil dtecte l'appareil photo?
A: Assurez-vous que la connexion rseau est normal, et teignez
le logiciel de pare-feu et la scurit, dsactiver la carte n'est pas
connect (si le PC dispose de plusieurs cartes rseau, puis). Et faire
en sorte que l'appareil est connect au routeur.

3. Pourquoi la camra ncessite toujours un nom d'utilisateur et mot
de passe, ou qu'un utilisateur incorrect?
A: le nom d'utilisateur par dfaut de l'appareil photo est admin et le mot
de passe par dfaut est vide, si vous avez oubli votre nom d'utilisateur
ou mot de passe, vous pouvez rinitialiser la camra aux rglages d'usine
pour obtenir le nom d'utilisateur par dfaut et mot de passe.

4. Pourquoi ne pas regarder la vido en direct dans un navigateur Web?

A: S'il vous plat tlcharger et installer les plug-ins vido. S'il n'y a toujours pas
de vido en direct, s'il vous plat vrifier votre navigateur plug-in est activ?

5. Comment puis-je rinitialiser la camra aux rglages d'usine?
