RIG ACCEPTANCE CHECKLIST PRIOR TO SPUD (NEW WELL)

The rig is moved to the new location BB-961. The substructure and mast are rigged-up. The rotary table
centre is centred with the conductor pipe.Rig accepted on 1500 hrs on 8th Oct 2012.
