Mini Project (B.E):

Project Title: Obstacle Detector Robot

Description of the project: The main aim of this project is to help the blind people to detect their
obstacle in their path and guide them in a better way. The components used in this project are a 555
timer circuit and some IR sensors. In comparison with the other circuits available in the market, our
circuit is simple and cheaper to build since most of the circuit available in the market uses a
microcontroller whose cost is very high.

Main Project (B.E):

Project Title: Transmission Network Monitoring

Description of the project: The primary objective of the project is to detect the variation of
impedance in the transmission line. The variation of impedance in the line is main cause in the
transmission line losses, these losses cant be completely solved but can be reduced by finding the
point where the variation of impedance occurs. This smart grid robot runs on the line to detect the
impedance variation point.

INTERNSHIP:

Bharat Sanchar Ningam Limited(BSNL) RTTC-2014

Learned A Lot about telecommunication network. The things learnt in this internship is how
a BSNL dialup and broadband connection are established and types of broadband connection.
Components used in establishing a BSNL line and how a BSNL line is connected to the internet
were also learnt from them
