Dear Valued PEZA Clients,



On June 30, 2017, PEZA Director General Charito B. Plaza MNSA, PhD signed the PEZA
Memorandum Order (MO) Number 2017-008 on the Guidelines for the implementation of the
PEZA Electronic Zone Transfer System (eZTS), Phase 1 Intra-zone Transfer of Goods from an
Ecozone Logistics Enterprise (ELSE) to an Ecozone Export Enterprise.

The Phase 1 implementation will only cover Intra-Zone Transfer of PEZA Registered Enterprise
located within the same PEZA economic zone. The table below shows the various
implementation dates of the electronic Zone Transfer System (eZTS).

The following PEZA registered enterprises are required to enroll in the electronic Zone Transfer System
(eZTS) :

All ELSEs delivering goods to their EEE within the same Zone
All EEEs availing of the services of/receiving goods from an ELSE with warehouse facility
located within the same zone





Enrollment Procedure

Shall separately accomplish the attached enrollment application form ANNEX B
Maximum of three (3) in-house officers/personnel duly designated/ authorized by its
ELSE/ President/CEO
EEE

The VASP used for the nomination of its ELSE (eCert) shall be the same VASP that will be used in the
EEE application of eLOA , eZTD and for tagging requirements in eZTS.

Shall submit to the ZA/ZM/OIC soft and hardcopy of the accomplished application form.
Hardcopy shall be printed on the company's letterhead
ELSE/ The soft copy shall be sent to the official email address of the ZA/ZM/OIC, copy to the Zone's email address
EEE The sender shall be any of the three (3) designated officers

ZA/ZM/
Shall validated the information on the submitted enrollment form and endorse the application form to
PEZA MISD
OIC

Shall coordinate with the VASPs on the creation of ELSE/EEE's account in eZTS and user names.
MISD Shall directly provide to the ELSE/EEE the user names created with their selected VASPs, copy furnished
ZA/ZM/OIC

Shall establish pre-payment account and funding with PEZA and their selected VASPs
ELSE/
EEE

Shall provide log-in protocol to:


MISD ZM/ZA/OIC for eZTD approval and tagging
PEZA Headoffice Cashier and PEZA Zone Collecting officers for access to the pre-payment account

With multiple locations shall enroll separately in the eZTS for each Zone locations
ELSE/ Shall be accountable for all applications electronically filed and processes done in the eZTS in its name
EEE

No enrolment fee shall be charged
