TEMPERATURE LOGGER
with built-in OHM tester and DataTrack software.

The DTL is a portable instrument that measures, stores, and prints out grain
temperatures. Each printout displays the company name, time, bin number,
cable number, TC number, and 4 sets of temperature readings with the
reading dates. The optional DTL DataTrack software running in Microsoft
Windows reads, stores, and analyzes data from the DTL.

The DTL is a portable unit that will measure, store and print out grain temperatures. Each printout will
display the bin number, cable number, TC number, and the last 4 temperature scans along with your
company name and the date and time. The printer output is through a standard parallel interface to full-
size paper and does not require a computer. The DTL DataTrack software runs in Microsoft Windows
and reads, stores and analyzes the reading from the DTL.

SCAN MODE
The DTL will scan a temperature cables, save the readings for printing or manually viewing.
IMPORTANT: Allow the DTL to acclimate to the CRS box location
temperature for 15-30 minutes before recording temperatures.

The DTL has an integrated Serial (COM) port for downloading the last 4 readings to a PC.You can use
the optional DTL DataTrack software or download to Windows Hyperterminal.

* Downloading Data to a PC running the DTL DataTrack software.


The optional DTL DataTrack software enables the operator to download temperature
readings to a PC then print, analyze and store the data.
Attach the DTL to the USB port on the PC then Print as described above. Use the included USB-
Serial converter if your PC does not have a Serial (COM) port. BE SURE TO INSTALL USB DRIVERS
FOR YOUR CONVERTER BEFORE PLUGGING THE USB-SERIAL CONVERTER INTO YOUR PC.
Attach all cables and converters before turning on the DTL

OHMs TEST
The DTL can be used to OHM test most temperature cables
to determine the cables integrity.

Plug the jack-handle into the first socket to test .

Configure SET BINS last, after completing Title, Scale, Delay, and Clock.

on the DTL display and on the printouts.
