RSA Secure ID Token software installation in Computer/Laptop

Please perform following one time task to install RSA Secure ID token in the
computer/laptop.
1. Download RSA Secure ID application software from Internet by copying and pasting the
following link in the internet browser,
ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/rsasecuridtokenauto411.msi (For 32-bit OS)
ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/rsasecuridtokenauto412x64.msi (For 64-bit OS)

Then it will prompt to save the file. Save it on the desktop.


2. Install the RSA Secure ID application by double clicking
rsasecuridtokenauto411.msi (For 32-bit OS)
rsasecuridtokenauto412x64.msi (For 64-bit OS)
3. Save the zip file (userid.zip) you have received in mail and unzip it.
4. Start the RSA Secure ID application software from start > programs > RSA > RSA SecurID Token.
5. Select the Import from file option and import the file unzipped in step no.3.
6. The RSA Secure ID application will show the 6-digit random number as a Token code
which changes periodically for every 60 seconds (1 Minute).

This completes the RSA Secure ID installation on computer/laptop.


Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Configuration
A. Add to Trusted Sites of Web Browser:
1. Launch your web browser (Internet Explorer 8 recommended but Chrome and Firefox will
also work) and click on Tools > Internet Options

2. Click on the Security tab, click on the Trusted Sites zone, and then click on the Sites button.
3. Type https://connectisc.hpcl.co.in in the field and click the Add button, then click the
Close button.

4. The entries will appear in the Websites. Click on Close to come out of the window. Once you're
back in the Internet Options configuration window, click the OK button to close it.
B. Any Connect Client Installation:
1. Launch your web browser (Internet Explorer 8 recommended) and go to
https://connectisc.hpcl.co.in/anyconn_rsa from internet.

2. The Login screen will appear. Enter your 8 digit Employee number in username field, RSA

Secure-ID Token code in passcode and ADS password in 2 password field then click on
Login button.
3. The Web Launch utility will detect your operating system and install the appropriate add-on/plug-in.

4. When the information bar appears on the top of your browser, install the ActiveX Control by
clicking on the information bar, then in the pop up window, click Install This Add-on for All
Users...
5. In Windows 7 and Vista, the User Account Control (UAC) will warn you that you are about to
download an application to your computer. Allow this by clicking on the Yes button.

6. At this time, your computer will be downloading the installer.


7. In Windows 7/8/Vista, the UAC will warn you that an application is about to be installed on your
computer. Allow this by clicking on the Yes button.

The Any Connect VPN Client will now get installed on your computer.
8. Once successfully installed, the Any Connect VPN Client will initiate a VPN session.

9. A VPN connection should be established now. Take a look at your task bar (lower right
corner of your desktop) for the following Any Connect message bar.

Imp Note: After connection establishment, your machine is part of HPCL network and you can
connect to my.hpcl.co.in through browser (IE/ Firefox /Chrome etc.) and access the resources.
C. Using Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility client:

1. In the future, you will only need to launch the AnyConnect VPN Client to establish a VPN
session from your computer. To do this,
i) Click on Start > All Programs > Cisco > Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client and
then click on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

ii) Or from the task Bar, Click on the Cisco Any Connect Secure Mobility Client icon.
2. The Any Connect Secure Mobility Client window pops up above the task bar (lower right
corner of your desktop). Click on connect button to connect to VPN.

3. The Authentication challenge window appears. Please enter your 8 digit employee
number, RSA Secure-ID token and ADS password then click on OK.
