JOGESHWARI WEST, MUMBAI 400102to act jointly and severally as our/my
agent for filing and prosecuting applications, filing, prosecuting and defending
oppositions and rectifications, obtaining registration of our trademarks, applying
for, prosecuting and recording transfers and subsequent proprietors, applying for
prosecuting and recording amendments, mergers, changes of name or address or
juridical form and/or applying for, prosecuting and recording Registered User and
License Agreements, applying for renewal of the same and/or paying renewal fees
and for the doing of all the Acts on our behalf as provided in the Act in this regard
and for the registrations already existing in our name, and to take all steps
necessary and requisite thereto, including the appointment of substitute(s) as may
be necessary or expedient, and request that all notices, requisitions and
communications relating thereto may be sent to such agent at the above address,
and to pay all necessary fees and costs incurred as may be required from time to
time on our behalf. We undertake to pay all professional fees that may be charged
to us, till this power is specifically revoked in writing.

We also authorize Mr. BHAVIN SARVARYA and Ms. SONI YADAV, who are
assistants of Mr. OOVESH SARA to represent our matter.

We/I hereby revoke all previous authorisations, if any, and confirm the action
already taken by the agents above named or to be taken in future including
notification of documents and notices and counter statement filed on our behalf.
