We are very proud to announce that Arabia Robinson,

an employee with Allpro at the Wyandanch Parking
Facility location was awarded the April 2017 East
Region Employee of the Month Award. Arabia has
been with Allpro at the Wyandanch location since its
inception back in August 2015. Arabia has done a
terric job to this point and she has become a perfect
example of what a true Allpro really is. This is her
rst Employee of the Month Award and it certainly will
not be her last. Congratulations Arabia!
02 COMMUNITY

All Smiles For Hospice

This year marked the 10th Anniversary of Allpro Parkings
participation in the Annual Hospice Memorial Walk at
Canalside Buffalo. With all the proceeds going directly to the
services provided by Hospice Buffalo, we proudly fundraised
donations and walked alongside thousands of other walkers
to commemorate the memory of those who are no longer
with us. Thank you to all who joined us!

Lighting the Night to EDM

The Night Nation Run is the Worlds First Running Music
Festival. This musical voyage was lled with live music, lights,
lasers, all set to the latest in Electronic Dance Music (or
EDM). Allpro Parking provided parking services for the Night
Nation Run on May 6th in Buffalos Outer Harbor and it was a
colorful success!

Day of Caring
Joining the efforts of many local organizations, Allpro
Parking gave employees the opportunity to take a break
from the busy workday and trade it in for a day of
volunteering. With the hot sun shining brightly, our team
distributed water and energy bars to fuel other community
members who were planting owers, uprooting weeds or
picking up litter. It was a great day to support one another
and, not to mention, beautify the community!

Junior Achievement
Means Lifetime Success
This past May, Brian Dusenberry (our CFO) recruited 35
employees for the annual Junior Achievement Bowl-a-Thon,
where family and friends contributed to and participated in a
fun day at the bowling lanes, an event of which Allpro is a
major sponsor. In our rst year as a JA sponsor (2015-2016),
Allpro Parking and Brian were chosen for the Junior
Achievements Rookie of the Year Award for the signicant
level of involvement and contributions to the JA mission.

Institute (IPI) Conference May 21st through 24th
in New Orleans.

Ring the Wedding Bells

Congratulations to Matt Kaufman (IT Coordinator) and
his new wife, Cheryl (ne Holmwood), who celebrated
their love at an outdoor ceremony in Lockport (NY) on
May 28th, 2017 with their family and friends.

Bundle of Joy
Jennifer Diakogiannis (Customer Service
Representative, Five Star Bank Plaza Garage,
Rochester) gave birth to Alena Ruth on May 5th.
Both Mother and Daughter are happy and healthy.

Congratulations to the latest promotions across the Allpro Parking family. Your
knowledge and dedication to service has supported our growth across all markets.

Tom Eckl, District Manager

Tom will oversee operations and new business
development in the Midwest district, which includes
Columbus and Cleveland, OH, and Pittsburgh, PA.

Ruben Escobar, Operations

Manager, Pittsburgh, PA

Ruben will oversee the three valet services that Allpro

manages in Pittsburgh and pursue new opportunities.

Patrick Phillips, Vice President

Pat will oversee operations, business development,
technology and human resources. He will have direct
oversight of more than 150 Allpro Parking locations in
3 states and 14 cities.

Daniel Lassiter, Director of Business

Development and Client Services

Along with identifying new opportunities for business

growth, Daniel will oversee parking facilities performance
to aid with retention of our locations and clients.

Dan Schmidt, Director of Operations

Dans focus will be on operational services at all

facilities, along with staff education and training.

Jake Ciulla, District Manager

Jake will oversee operations and new business

development in the Northeastern district from Albany,
Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) certication at the
NY, to the east downstate area.

Allpro Parking is Growing

Allpro is excited to be operating

the lot at the Aquarium of Niagara
Falls, NY. Our partnership with the
Aquarium of Niagara has been a
perfect match. Keep an eye out for
our sponsored plaque when visiting.

Allpro Parking is expanding its

parking services footprint in the City
of Cleveland; this time with the May
15th commencement of a new valet
parking service at Portage Medical
Center in Ravenna, OH.

are just a few examples of how we

appreciate their commitment to
our corporate philosophy.
Eyes Open Award
This monthly award is given to an employee
for recognizing an out-of-the-ordinary situation
and communicating the idea to the manager
for improvements in service and/or operations.
The recipient receives a certicate, $25 gift
card, and public recognition.
Employee of the Month Award
This program recognizes who goes above and
beyond their daily duties. Their supervisors or
managers nominate employees and senior
management selects a winner from the pool of
nominees. The recipient receives a certicate,
$25 gift card, and public recognition.
Team of the Quarter Award
This program recognizes a group of
employees who work at a common location
who receive recognition from a customer for
their outstanding service. The recipients
receive a certicate to display at their location,
$10 gift card, and public recognition.
Presidents Award
This quarterly award is for an employee whose
work ethic and attitude are consistently above
and beyond the norms of their job in
performing excellent Customer Service.
Nominees may be selected from winners of
other awards or for a stand out compliment
from other staff, customers, or clients.
Nominee selections are given to the President.
The recipient receives a certicate, a $50 gift
card, and public recognition.
Manager of the Year Award
Awarded by the president to the manager that
embodies our core values in the way they
manage their locations and actively seek
growth opportunities. The recipient receives a
plaque, a $200 gift certicate, and public
recognition at an annual event.
Alcott Employee of the Month
Recognizes employees who offer consistent
exemplary customer service and conform to
Allpro Parkings policies and procedures on a
daily basis. Employees are nominated by their
manager and selected by the Alcott Group.
The recipient receives two tickets to area
Cinemas, a gift card (to purchase snacks, etc.),
and a mention public recognition.
Refer-a-Friend Bonus
Our best assets are our hard working
employees and we appreciate when they
recommend Allpro Parking as a place of
employment to their family and friends. If an
employee refers a new hire to the company
and the new hire successfully works for 90
days, the employee receives a $50 gift card.
