buyers of apricots from Turkey
Rationalised the usage of packaging materials, standardising the sizes of
cardboard boxes across all three manufacturing sites, resulting in savings of
around 10%
Standardised the size of Blue cheese manufactured across the three sites,
resulting in a 10% reduction of waste
