Lemon Squash Cocktail

Ingredients :
- 9 cl lemon juice
- 3 tsp sugar syrup
- 3 tsp soda (7-up, sprite)

Mix lemon juice with sugar syrup in a highball glass, stir well and fill up with soda water.

Orange Squash Cocktail

Ingredients :
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 10 cl orange juice

- 2 - 3 drops tabasco sauce

over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.
