-'- . Inhale to the anus-money center (coccygeal) and contract the anus.
Offer your money center to GOD. Exhale and release the contraction.

2. Inhale to the sex center (sacral) and contract the sex organ.
Offer the sex organ to GOD. Exhale and release the contraction.

3. Inhale to the food center (lumbar), pullout and tighten

the stomach. Offer your food center to GOD.
Exhale and release the expansion.

4. Inhale to the heart center (dorsal) and expand the chest,

moving your elbows back so the shoulder blades touch. Offer your
heart center to GOD. Exhale and release the contraction.

5. Inhale to the throat center (cervical). Contract left elbow back,

right elbow to your side. Back to starting position. Contract right
elbow back, left elbow to your side. Back to starting position.
Head turned down, offer to GOD. Back up straight. Head turned back,
offer to GOD. Back up straight. Head turned down in the front,
offer to GOD. Head up straight. Exhale and release the contraction.

6. Inhale, contract all centers beginning with the lowest center and
ending at the sixth centor (pituitary). Clench your teeth and put
wrinkles in the forehead. Offer your pituitary to GOD. Exhal and
release the contraction.

7. Inhale, contract all cen~ers beginning with the lowest center and
ending with the top of the head (fontanelle). Clench your teeth
and push the portion of your head which is above the eyebrows
(cranium) up into the high heavens, offer it to GOD. Exhale, and
release the contraction. Allow your head to remain in the high
heavens after you have exhaled and released the contraction.

In all of the above steps, you should have your thumbs locked in the
ears and index fingers covering your eyes, same as in 1st. kriya.
